this place is amazing. i always feel welcomed, and the workers truly do their best. the only issue i’d mention is they can be a little pushy when you’re deciding what to order and looking over the menu options. overall, it’s a really nice spot. they get the cinnamon rolls out in a great amount of time, everything is hot and yummy, and i’d definitely recommend it.

We stopped by Cinnaholic while in town for an event, and we’re so glad we did! The shop had such a warm, welcoming energy, and the three employees working that day were all incredibly friendly and helpful. They even let us sample different icing flavors, which made the experience even more fun.
The cinnamon rolls were amazing—light, not overly sweet, and full of great flavor. You can really taste the quality. We’ll definitely be making this a regular stop whenever we’re in town. Highly recommend!

New to Visalia and to say this is my new favorite spot is an understatement! Me and my little girl (who is incredibly picky) came here and omg THE BEST!! Even my picky child ate all of her roll. & it’s Vegan Will be coming again very soon

Nice and clean place. They have a variety of baked goods, specifically cinnamon rolls of course. I came in for some dole whip, let’s just say no need ti run 4 hours south for some at Disneyland. You get the real thing right here. The place has lots of seating inside and some outside. We weee able to walk and get ours and relax for a bit and enjoy it before it melted. The people there were quiet and helpful, so all around an enjoyable place.

Tonight, our family stopped in to have some cinnamon rolls. I got the strawberry cheesecake & my family each got an old skool roll. They were really good! The atmosphere was positive and updated and our server was very kind & friendly. I signed up for their loyalty program & will be visiting again soon!

The selections are great and you can build your own bun too which is good, since it gives you almost unlimited possibilities! Service was quick and friendly too. The space is decent inside and there’s an outdoor patio with heaters for the winter times

This was my second visit to this establishment. During my first visit, the customer service was excellent. Unfortunately, this time the experience was quite the opposite. The employee whose name I believe to be Chevella (name on my receipt) was rude and had a negative attitude throughout the entire interaction. In customer service, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor is very important, and this experience was disappointing.

I love cinnamon rolls. I love that you can build and customize your cinnamon roll how you please. There are also some pre designed cinnamon rolls you can pick! This placed was PACKED to the max on opening day so we went the following day and it was quieter. Ladies working it were super nice and didn’t rush me to order. The cinnamon roll we ordered had a peanut butter frosting, a scoop of house made edible pumpkin cookie dough, a dollop of cream cheese frosting and tiny marshmallows on top since we got to pick the toppings out. Just the roll no extras was $10 and change.
The roll was delicious and peanut butter frosting was the best part I think. Do yourself a favor and order a roll with pb frosting and strawberry jam and have your self a PB&J cinnamon roll!!
Would I go again? Yeah sure for a regular old school cinnamon roll nothing fancy like we did this time. Dropping 10 bucks on one roll seems kind of excessive if you ask me’

The rolls, cookies, and brownies are all amazing! My favorite is the Cinnastack. It’s a little over the top, but so worth it ! We’ve ordered a couple Cinnacakes for family functions. They’re always a big hit.

Being that I’ve only been here once I can only give you entry level description of what my experience was, I was real satisfied with the cinnamon roll that I had. They have a variety one for every taste. I highly recommend this place. I will put it on my places to return to. In fact, I’ll return soon. Two thumbs up.
