I stopped by on my way to my favorite restaurant because I’ve been craving a cinnamon roll. And somehow, the skies opened up, this place appeared. So of course, I went in.
Now… the welcome wasn’t exactly in the room with us. (Okay, fine. Well, not really). When I walked in, the young lady was in the back. She came to the front with a simple “yes,” as if I had walked up to her desk with a question instead of entering the shop as a customer.
I ordered the Cookie Butter cinnamon roll. On my way out, I asked if it would hold up while I drove home. She nodded, and that was that.
Customer service definitely has room for improvement. A warmer greeting and a little engagement would go a long way.
On a brighter note, the shop itself is really, really cute. Very colorful, very clean, and very chic. They even have a flower bomb wall, which I absolutely love. The aesthetic is on point.
If the service matched the vibe of the space, this place would be next level.

Went on 9/12 at 2 to pick up a surprise for my husband’s birthday. He loves cinnamon rolls! The two boys working the counter were super kind, funny, and helpful. Great workers. I’m so excited for him to try these! Highly recommend.

Came here about 30 minutes before they closed and the owner was kind and friendly. She gave us a fresh cinnamon roll and was kind enough to bring us water without asking. We ordered an Old Skool cinnamon roll which was so delicious! Highly recommend ordering it, the frosting is so unique; sweet, but not too sweet. We definitely be back the next time we are in Mansfield.

Cinnamon rolls are not great. I took 1 bite of the stocking stuffer roll and was really disappointed. I took a bite of the old skool roll and was really disappointed. There really is no flavor in these rolls. It’s more like bread with a thick sugar frosting. No real vanilla flavoring.
The cookies were super amazing, so that’s why I’m rating the food at 2 stars instead of 1.
For real cinnamon rolls with real flavor, go to paradise bakery or get you one from schlotzsky’s. I’m sorry to down their rolls here, but honestly wee a huge disappointment for all 4 of us who ordered. We ordered the banana pudding roll which did hsve bananas but was more sugar than flavor, the old skool roll, and the stocking stuffer roll, snd we got several cookies.

I recently went here for my daughter who wanted to try these cinnamon rolls. We ended up getting the stocking stuffer roll and a plain roll. They are delicious! There is plenty of frosting and toppings, and they are nice and flavorful. They are pretty sugary, so if you don’t like super sweet things this isn’t for you.

All of the girls working this evening have been so bubbly when we walked in and super helpful. We walked into cold stone first and stood in line for 15 minutes and then someone walked in to get service before we did. We are grateful we chose to go to cinnaholic. The cinnamon roll was delicious and we had a wonderful experience with service.

This is my new favorite obsession. I just found this location and its nice, quiet, and clean. The employees are nice and work quickly. I tried the regular cinnamon bun with cream cheese icing and oreos. Its hot, gooey, and buttery. The portions are great for the price and its a nice treat. Will definitely be coming back.

My sis & I went into the Mansfield location here in TX for the 1st time! It smelled wonderful, the cinnamon rolls looked very good and the service was awesome, staff was friendly!! We each ordered what we wanted. I ordered the Very berry cinnamon roll & also picked up a package of the mini’s. My sis ordered what she wanted! She got what she ordered, but I did not!! The cashier asked what kind of icing we wanted for the mini’s…we chose the cream cheese.
We did not receive the icing for our mini’s AND on my Very Berry… I received none of the fruit on top! I did not look at our order before leaving, otherwise I would have said something. They weren’t real busy, so I’m not sure what happened. For our very 1st visit, I was very frustrated that our order wasn’t complete.

We have loved this place in the past, but were disappointed slightly this time. The staff were closing up and mostly talking about who should do what things. The rolls were not as goods as I remember them being. I only ordered the plain one but the rest ordered more involved creations. The cookie dough was very salty. I think they are just too much stuff piled together. A bit over indulgent. The cleanliness was not ideal and the coffee was good but barely warm and seemed like it might have been sitting for a while.
