Went out to eat for lunch with my mom and then once we got our food we asked for extra seasoning salt and the on duty manager said to my mom are you sure you might have a heartattack, I love the night time manager but this guy should not be running the show there his regular workers were the nice once and you can see on their faces that the vibe is off in the back. First time at Beef-a-Roo or should I say Beef-a-Rude. The Halloween decorations were charming and the place looked ready for a fun fall. The two staff upfront, however, carried the spirit of a family reunion. I asked for coffee instead of a soft drink, and the guy stormed off and slammed a door like dad would when watching sports ball. Five stars though, love the spooky spirit

The new wrappers/paper you use on your burgers smells really badly. I even threw the wrapper away immediately. That scent lingered on the food. You guys need to do something about that. If it smells that strongly of whatever that material is it is not safe to have on food. Please fix that. Otherwise burger and fries were good just not the smell.

Walked into pick up my online order at 1:13pm. Place was busy so I stood to the side while the manager called out names and people picked up their orders. When finally the place had about 3 customers left I went up to the pickup area and waited for my order,i figured I was next or soon to be next. Nothing. I asked the manager “ma’am is Alex next?” She walked away. The lady doing the fries asked what I needed and I asked if “alex was next” she responded “she’s getting to your order”… she didnt even look at the screen. 2 minutes later the lady at the fry station comes over looks at the screen. My name was obviously not there, that’s why I initially asked. There was a bag to the side, she hands it over to me and says “here you go” I responded “this is why I asked about my order, that bag was there for about 4 minutes . Manager comes over and asked what was happening , i responded,” I asked you about my order because that bag was there for awhile” she turned around and continued to work on orders.. as I was walking away I said , “wow thats rude” she said “I’m busy prepping orders”.I asked for her name and she just ignored me. I have zero idea why she had an attitude with me. Never said anything bad, didn’t raise my voice, never rushed her, i was just standing there.. it was already 1:30 and barely got my order. She did say.. “you needed to ask for your order” . I stood there about 15-20minutes and she called out every single name. When it was online she said “online order for…” so her statement didn’t really make sense. I just felt discriminated honestly. My son and I stood to the side,waited for the food and did nothing else. If she forgot about our order it’s fine,it happens and I would of understood, but her response to use was uncalled for.

I rather go out of my way and visit the other location in the area. Not stopping by here ever again, felt embarrassed and mistreated.

I dined in on a Thursday afternoon. You must order through a kiosk. Food took a while to arrive but tasted good. Overheard employees say they were overdue for their break. My overall experience was meh.

My daughter and I had just finished a Mud Run before stopping in — we were a total hot mess express and I honestly didn’t even want to go inside. I’m so glad we did! The service was fast, the staff was friendly, and they treated us with the same warm welcome as if we’d walked in looking red-carpet ready. It was refreshing to see such genuine customer service, and it made our day. You’ve got some great employees here!

The food just doesnt taste like it used to. I ordered today and will be my last time ordering from here again. The taste was off. Definitely seems like the ingredients changed and cheap. Not worth the price.

Mmmm beef a roo. Cheese fries Another review said it was boring and bland, it took awhile but they are slowly making it unique. Although not exciting as the old school themed beef a roo I like the art in this one
