I called earlier this afternoon because I wanted to pick up Cinnabon‘s after work for somebody’s birthday for tomorrow morning because the mall doesn’t open until nine and I wanted them first thing in the morning. I was told that this place is open until seven I even offered to place prepay my order and she Whoever answered the phone told me that I could just pick up the special for Tuesday box when I come in cause I was just gonna reheat it in the morning anyway I get here at 6:35 PM and nobody’s here. Nobody’s here. Thanks for ruining a surprise that and now I have to scramble and figure out something else for.. because of incompetence of managing to stay until you tell your customers that you’re closing!

This place is terrible, I placed an order for $52 that they accepted then later cancelled before I could receive my order. 13 days later and they still won’t issue a refund. I keep getting the run around about it. Very terrible business etiquette, no surprise the Cinnabons are rated as just “okay”.

I usually get my coffee and cinnamon roll from here but this time I am not talking about coffee or anything, I am gonna talk about my incredible experience each time with “ Johnanna Hernandez”. This young girl is so polite, patient and professional.
I have worked in retail and I know how hard it could be sometimes. this young girl is doing great. This time I asked her name to mention here because I have dealed several times with her and never had any problems and each time I was satisfied with my coffee and especially her customer service. managers need to know their employees better and need to know if someone deservs any kind of appreciation!

Honestly evey time I come to this one eveything is burnt and siting in the shelf as if it’s been there for hours. The people that work here looks like they hate there life and just want there shift to be over with. THEY NEED TO HIRE PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY WANT TO WORK WITH A SMILE. I would rather go to the one at Colorado mills.
