Cinnabar is a fantastic find. I had a great time during my visit and was impressed by several things right off the bat. The food is incredibly fresh, and the sushi in particular stands out for its quality. On top of that, the prices are very reasonable, which makes the whole experience even better.
The atmosphere has a wonderful ambiance that makes it a nice spot to relax, and the staff is genuinely friendly and attentive. Practicality is also a plus here since there is plenty of parking available. I highly recommend checking them out if you want great service and delicious food.

What’s cracking in Massapequa? Cinnabar has your sushi, sashimi, hibachi, teriyaki, and even seafood boil cravings fully covered. From the outside, the restaurant features a traditional Oriental style building and once inside, you’re welcomed by a beautifully designed interior that speaks louder than words. It’s absolutely photo worthy perfect for showing off to the friends who couldn’t make it to dinner. The only surprise here is the affordable AYCE menu paired with genuinely high quality food and some of the friendliest service around. Every dish is made to order from hot kitchen items, soups, and salads to teriyaki, hibachi, sushi, sashimi, and even a seafood boil that’s thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. One bite in, and it’s already a conversation starter. Stop by Cinnabar for a proper seafood feast knowing exactly how much you’ll pay but never quite how much you’ll eat. I promise you this restaurant deserves 5 stars. My wife and I went for our 7 year anniversary and it was perfect. The service was amazing. Our server Ling (Ben) was outstanding, considerate, and swift. We both ordered the all-you-can-eat option for $55 which covers everything on the entire menu including the sushi and seafood boil, which was absolutely delicious. This place is so worth it I highly recommend!

My friends and I had an amazing experience! Seated instantly, the service was incredibly good as we were constantly taken care of and checked on, and the food tasted great! We all ordered the all-you-can-eat sushi and received our large orders quickly. We are all-you-can-eat sushi experts, and we agree this is the best we’ve been to in New York! I will be returning soon!

Sushi was good for an all you can eat buffet. They also offer cooked rolls, cooked food such as wings, noodles, beef ribs etc. Noatter who you are with everyone should find something on the menu that would be appealing.
The Cajun boil was also good. I ordered 4 servings of the boil and they brought it out in a somewhat reasonable time. They’ll only give you small portions of the boil to avoid waste. I wish I could have just told them to give me 2 servings at a time. Other than that it was a nice spot with good staff.

The all you can eat menu was well-priced and my sushi rolls were excellent. We didn’t have a reservation on a Friday night and it was packed. We didn’t have to wait, but I’d recommend making a reservation just in case.

Wow this place is a hidden gem, the food selection was perfect and fresh. Also the waiter was very attentive and respectful I couldn’t recommend this place more for the value. I will be returning again for sure

Wow! Usually I’m not impressed with the quality of AYCE food. But this place was different. The same owner as The One Sushi in Amityville which serves good food. This place charges $35 for all you can eat! What a deal. They charge extra for Crab Boil and for Sashimi. But still a great bargain for quality food. Give this place a try before it gets too crowded, prices go up, and the quality goes down. . Card payment is accepted. We will definitely be going back.
