Fresh hot west coast Chinese food. Service was excellent, and the food was tasty. Sesame chicken was cooked through, and the Pork slices were tender. Doesn’t compare to the East Coast Chinese food, but overall the food was good.

AMAZING! I got so much variety for such a good price. Egg flour soup, breaded chicken, orange chicken, and pork fried rice for $19. Great ambiance and attentive service. The food was absolutely delicious. Best I’ve had in central oregon… maybe ever.

I prefer Cindy’s garden over all the other Chinese and Asian restaurants in Central Oregon. The food is always delicious and the wait staff are prompt, attentive, and friendly. I had my usual snow pea sauté and it was great. The restrooms inside were clean and well stocked too. Thanks for the dependably good food.

Take out Curry Chicken. Big chucks of carrots, celery and onion big enough for a horse. Watercress in abundance. No mushrooms no snow peas. No curry sauce.. YUCK. Worst I have had anywhere.. Very sad and no receipt for my cash?? Never again! Top it off it was overpriced!

Generous portions, reasonably priced. My favorite is the cashew chicken sauté with rice and egg flower soup. Staff are always friendly and on top of table service.

Great service staff who was always checking with me and my kung pao chicken had extremely fresh ingredients. Highly recommended
Had lunch today and I was very disappointed! The pork fried rice was NOT really fried and had no pork. Remainder had little flavor. I won’t be back.

Cons: For the quality of food and portion size to cost ($17 for one meal), I was very disappointed. I ordered the #7 combo and it was frozen vegetables reheated with white rice, and what tasted like a microwaved spring roll. Nothing about it was fresh. I ended up not finishing it because it just wasn’t that edible. They also have 25% as the first option for tipping, followed by 20%, then 18%. So when doing takeout especially, it’s a tad ridiculous. Had to take the time to find “other” on the list.
Pros: The restaurant itself is nice looking, and the customer service seemed fine. We didn’t talk much but she was fast and polite, so good enough for me.
Sadly, won’t be returning.

I came in for late lunch/dinner the combination fried rice was excellent. I also ordered the BBQ pork it was so tender and very tasty. The food was so good that I returned the next day to try the kung pao chicken. I will definitely return when I’m in town for work again.

This was the best little restaurant! Very family friendly and the food was absolutely amazing! My kids are typically picky eaters and they all ate til they were full and wanted to eat more! 10/10 would recommend here if you’re in the area and have a hankering for Aisian cuisine!

Lovely lunch. Ambiance is sophisticated and pleasant. Nice and quiet place to relax in the middle of a busy work day.
The portions are large. My favorite was the crab puffs. Creamy and savory inside the crisp wonton skin.
Service is excellent. Highly recommend Cindy’s!
