You want truly authentic Mexican??? This is the PLACE to go. Let’s start with service 1. Friendly service when you place your order at the counter but they continue to check on you and are incredibly friendly. 2. FOOD=SO DANG GOOD; adobada tacos, Elote, pork belly tacos, and the dang plantains were SO good. As someone who is from the south but respects and loves good Mexican food, this place is the best you can get anywhere in Colorado and honestly anywhere remotely close to this state; consider yourself lucky if you eat here. It is truly AMAZING.

So pleasantly surprised by the Mexican fusion and owner Jose’s attention to detail from the hand made bread our pork belly with asian slaw, torta was served on. To the homemade coconut flan one of our top 5 flans ever. And I’m almost 70. He said everything is house made. And I believe it!!! Good job Jose and staff a job well done.

This is hands down my favorite place in town for authentic Mexican food. Most places in town are more of a tex-mex feel and this place doesn’t fit that bill, very much an authentic taste and experience. Jose the owner is there 7 days a week and puts every bit of love into his food and experience as a whole. I’ve managed to work my way through almost the entire menu and haven’t found one single thing I didn’t like. I love everything on that menu and typically takes me 10 minutes just to figure out what I want ! it’s hard to decide !

Everything here is homemade! I highly recommend any dish with the fresh homemade corn tortillas, they are better than any you’ve ever tasted. Service is phenomenal! The coconut flan is hands-down the best ever!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would I’ve passed by here many times over the years and today I finally stopped in for a steak burrito and it was amazing when I walked in I was greeted I really wanted potato’s in my burrito ( which usually is done in the morning for breakfast burritos ) but the guy made it happen for me! Not only was the place beautiful the burrito was amazing everything was juicy the veggies were seasoned perfectly and the mild sauce was freaking amazing I’m not good with spicy but it had the right amount of kick to it! This will be a place I return to for sure thank you sir for making my experience here amazing!
