This place was on fire tonight. It is normally pretty good, but the server was exceptionally nice, and my only complaint was that the shrimp was overcooked. But that seems to be the norm. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Inattentive waiter. Forgot drinks until I just canceled it. The shrimp in my Arroz con Mariscos was way overcooked. The scallops in the dish were, I believe, imitation crab meat. The tea was good. Service and food need attention. Not worth the price nor the difficulty finding parking.

So disappointed in Cinco and doubt I’ll ever go back. Took my husband for Father’s Day and it was a 75+ rip off. Especially when you’re dining out for a special day! Service was extremely slow despite the restaurant being nearly empty at 4:00 pm. My husbands food was not fit to eat. We asked for the manager but was informed they left but would be back in a few hours? We asked the cashier to remove my husband’s food as he couldn’t eat it. Cashier did and said we’re removing anything that is complained about since we don’t have a manager here. The restaurant should close until the manager can be there. Sad as this was our go to place close to home. Over the year we’ve spent $70+ once a month. That’s $700 that I can spend at a different restaurant. Not wasting my money again in the event there’s no manager. Very Disappointed!

Ordered two tamales and a margarita I didn’t even drink, got a to go order and they used the same salsa that was on the counter. I asked for tomatillo sauce. This is what you get. Plus charged a service on top of a $10 tip. Unbelievable and will not be going back.

I order carryout. I got Texas rice without steak add more shrimp. I don’t know how he jacked the order up and tried to tell me I asked for extra mushrooms. I don’t even like mushrooms like that. Never attempted to fix order. I wasn’t going to debate what I asked for… just make sure when you order they have it correct.

Great looking place on the inside. Great menu selection. I ordered the portal fajitas. They are different than carnitas as they are pork loin. Nice savory flavoring and crust.

We have been coming here for years, but the last three times have been awful. Just tonight the server Julian literally shook his head, shrugged his shoulders, and walked away when he brought us the wrong food ($9 more) and we said something about it. The person working the front counter did the same thing and still charged us the extra. This was our favorite place, we loved it, but we will never go back, once was a fluke, but three times is a pattern. 2/10 would not recommend.

Brand new… Super clean.. nice decor. Enjoyed the one in Moncks Corner, so happy to try the new location. Typical Mexican food for this area, but still good. Two salsa’s. Spicy and regular.
