Just had a meal at this new restaurant and it was absolutely fantastic. The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. You can tell they really care about quality and seasoning everything tasted authentic and well-prepared.

I had gotten the enchiladas which were amzing reminded me of abuela’s from when I was growing up. The service was amazing, they were always checking in on us, and was more then happy to serve us and anyone else in the restaurant. Felt like home to me. Really appreciated the authentic foods and atmosphere, not something you get a lot of anymore.

The owner greeted us at the door and we were seated quickly (even though they were full).
“Geo” was out waiter and was super friendly and quick to take care of us.
Food was spot on….and that SALSA!!! THAT’s how it’s supposed to be made. Chunky and rich!
Table-side guacamole is a must. Bring an appetite!…..the portions are large. All 7 of us in our party ended up taking half of our dinners home.
We love our Jefferson City “Cinco” but we’ll be making trips to Fulton too.

I ordered a taco fajita salad. Fajita is supposed to come with cheese dip, guacamole, lettuce, and tomato but it was only onions and steak pieces and peppers. It was yummy, but I would’ve liked the salad part too.
