We tried this cute cafe in the Downtown Bryan area yesterday. Everything was delicious. The salsa is the warm style, not too spicy. The seasoning was flavorful without being too spicy. If you are in the area it is worth checking out.

This is one of my favorite Tex-Mex places in the area. Service is always friendly and the food is always delicious. I almost always get the Fajitas Poblanas, it is so good and they don’t skimp on the food either. I always take home a to-go plate. I always walk away full and happy.

Food was good and set very well on the plate. Picture perfect! And the charro beans were absolutely excellent. The waitress was great and had a good attitude. Atmosphere was very authentic and clean. Would we go back? Definitely.

Made it over to Bryan to give this place a try. We started with the stuffed jalapeño w/ steak appetizer. My goodness these are fantastic! I also loved the chips and salsa. I ordered tacos with rice and beans. Not sure if the taco shells are homemade or not but they were somewhat stale to me. The rice was very good. My partner had fajaitas with a sauce. They were pretty good. The flour tortillas tasted raw to me. Very floury like it needs more cooking. Not a bad place, just a few issues that need to be corrected.

This is my second time here since they opened, and I loved the food! The waitress was so sweet and attentive. We got the stuffed chicken and sizzling poblano fajitas—they were delicious! The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the queso, but I’ll definitely be back!

We stopped by Cilantro on the drive back to DFW and loved our Sunday lunch. The tortillas were homemade, my boyfriend enjoyed his stuffed chicken plate, and my fried avocado with fajita chicken was fantastic. The chicken tortilla soup was tasty as were the margaritas. The service was quick & attentive as well!

Place has good fajitas. Two out of the last three times it’s been a train wreck. First time they gave me the wrong item. Last night my favorite driver waited 20 minutes for them to give her the order. They told her they were preparing fresh meat. Instead I got what looked liked scraps cold rice and refried beans I didn’t order. Then they threw in a bunch of extra tortillas, charo beans and salsa I guess to makeup for how long the driver had to wait. The worst part is neither time that I call did they offer to make it right. That’s bad business.

I went here for my birthday lunch. The food was yummy, the staff was friendly and accommodating. They serve big portions, I had the taco salad, my sister had nachos, my nephew had nuggets with fries! I will return to eat here, go try out! I also love the scenery there.

This is possibly one of the worst Mexican food places in Bryan. I get that it’s family owned and most of the wait are of younger kids, but that is no excuse for the subpar service. I watched our waitress talking to another staff member, not bothering to do her job or check in the kitchen if the food was ready for the majority of the time we were there. Our food took an extraordinarily long time to come out, and part of the reason for that I suspect was that the waitress didn’t know it was ready. When the food came out, the plate was scalding hot but the food itself was warm. So either the enchiladas were not freshly made, or the plate sat under a heat lamp for 10 minutes due to the negligence of the wait staff.
That isn’t even mentioning that the enchiladas were downright worse than something I can make at home. Whoever smothers enchiladas with velveeta cheese should be fired and blacklisted from cooking for other people from life.
TLDR: Inaccessible wait staff and inedible food makes this a HARD pass. Definitely do not come here if you’re on a time crunch.
