Cilantro Mexican Grill offers great food variety with solid value for money, and both veg and non-veg options are impressive. The place has a nice bar seating area and a vibey, lively atmosphere that adds to the experience. I genuinely loved the food and the overall vibe. Definitely worth trying — I’d happily go again next time!

This place has amazing food. Tons of room for large parties. The waitress are usually pretty busy, but very nice place. And great atmosphere. The food is par none. Very authentic and amazing people.

Been coming to Cilantro for YEARS. I’ve written school papers here, taken actual finals here, emotionally spiraled here, spiritually healed here, gotten a little too lit here, and consumed an illegal amount of tacos, quesadillas, and fajitas. I’ve lost count. My GPA probably improved because of this place.

Today I also ran into my future wife here. Did I say hi? No. Did I panic internally and replay it for the rest of my life? Yes. Character development.

Staff is lovely and kind, food slaps every single time, and the alcohol is dangerously good. At this point, this isn’t a restaurant, it’s a life chapter. I don’t just want to eat here. I want to get married here.
Someone call the priest and the bartender.

I’ve never had a bad experience here or poorly prepared dish. It is like most Mexican restaurants I’ve visited but the people working here feel more assimilated (speaks English, understands sarcasm/banter). I do wish the alcoholic beverages were more reasonably price or if a Happy Hour existed, but other than that, it’s solid.

I went today and decided to pay online instead of through the waiter after HE suggested it. That resulted to the waiter Pedro Tamayo coming out to the car knocking on my window asking did I pay. I replied that I paid online and the waiter did not believe me. I told him that the screen turned green and that I paid. I have been here several times and have never walked out on a bill. I had to unlock my phone and show him that I paid before he walked away. No apology. No sorry for the misunderstanding. I’m disappointed with this interaction because I have suggested this restaurant to several people as a good place to eat. Just make sure you don’t pay online. It’s insane to be accused of not paying after I only followed HIS instructions.

First time here. Service started off well. We arrived around 8:20. The front doors and Google maps said the place closed at 10pm. Around 8:45 tables were being moved, chairs stacked, floor swept. Oh, and they turned off the music.

Apparently they closed at 9, No one informed us. So now we’re rushing to finish our pitcher so the staff can leave.

I drove by and loved the name so thought I’d try it. People were friendly but short staffed. The smell was overwhelming with cleaning solution. I got the Taco Salad and it was hands down the strangest salad I have ever had with little to no actual lettuce or taste. It had broccoli, carrots, bell peppers and cheese. The salad had no flavor at all, neither did the salsa and chips. judge a Mexican place by the salsa and chips and it was terrible. Writhing an hour of eating my stomach was upset and I got sick. Would not recommend at all.

May be a good place to grab a margarita but not sure I would even recommend that after getting sick and the smells.

I have been here several times, and the experience has never been stellar. The food is always mid. Recently, the waiter actually changed the amount of his tip when he put it in at the end of the night, but I’ve decided to not make a big deal of it. He never refilled our water. He was surly. He brought drinks that weren’t ours. He didn’t bring regular to go boxes- he brought us each two small ones, despite the fact my friend had a to go order in a regular box. I’ll never go back here if I can help it.

The food used to be great here, and I loved the mangonadas. I will never return. The food and service has gotten to be so subpar that I was embarrassed that I even invited my friend there. Everything seemed to be in scarcity. I could barely see any cheese but a drizzle on top of my son’s chimichanga (see picture). I had to ask for napkins 3 different times, and the server literally counted off 3 paper napkins…1 for each of us. We ordered virgin daiquiris that were so watery that it tasted like straight ice with whipped cream on top. The server never came to check on us after bringing the food, so I had to try to flag her down 5 different times to ask for cheese for the dry chimichanga. She looked at us like we were pestering her and rudely never came back to the table but sent a different server who was nice. By this time, I was over the experience and the food. The tables were packed so closely together near the patio that we could barely squeeze through while carrying my toddler. The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is because the parking was free (although far away), and my taco green salad was very good. They’ve lost me as a customer, and I’ll be telling others as well who used to visit there with me that it definitely has gone completely downhill.

This is always my favorite place, but tonight was better than ever. Our server, Brandon, was awesome. Love his personality and it was all around such a great experience. Skinny margaritas are always good. The food is always fresh. Love Love love Cilantro. Thanks Brandon for being so nice and awesome!
