We visited Cielos on a Saturday at 3:00 PM. Upon entering, the hostess, who was very polite, immediately asked if we preferred a booth or a table, and then guided us to a lovely window table.
Our waiter, John, greeted us promptly. He was attentive and very polite, serving our every need and checking on us frequently throughout our meal.
Our party ordered a variety of dishes: chicken fried steak, beef, sausage and pepperoni pizza. Cielos has a unique, visible rock pizza oven with a copper top in the kitchen. I personally enjoyed a caesar salad with added salmon. Every dish was pleasant to the eye and tasted wonderful. We were also impressed with the portion sizes, which were quite generous for the price.
Overall, the experience was wonderful. Cielos is an upscale, unique, and luxurious restaurant. I truly enjoyed the atmosphere and the entire visit. I would highly recommend Cielos to all my family and friends. 11/8/25

Service and quality of food were spectacular. The waitress was very attentive. She made sure my 3 year old nephew had all that he needed, such as having cups with lids and even brought his pizza out before everyone else’s food, which is great because, of course, kids don’t like to wait as long as adults for food! Would 100% recommend the elk tacos, as well as the lemon and garlic shrimp pasta. I ordered the salmon, which was good, but next time, I will be ordering the pasta! Overall, very good food.

I’m so happy that Paris has a more upscale restaurant again! The town needs a place like this. The ambiance is funky and cool when you walk in with a great full bar to the side. The drinks were strong and tasted great. The old fashioned was smoked at table side which is always a nice touch. The scallops were cooked perfectly! Not mushy, chewy or weird. Everything else we ordered was great. Now this is for the people who live in Paris – YES, this restaurant is a bit more expensive than your average restaurant in town. But it is absolutely worth going to! Please continue to visit and give this establishment your love. We will absolutely be back!

I had to change the service stars this time. Our server Christina R was absolutely fantastic. They were busy with Prom guest, but she treated us like we were her only table. This time around, we ordered the Elk Tacos for an app. FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC! My wife chose the special that was a bone in pork chop with mashed potatoes, with a side of asparagus soup. She loved it, and I found it delicious as well. I had the Lemon and Shrimp pasta with mushrooms and tomatoes, with a side of Mushroom Risotto. The Smoke Show cocktail was excellent, and my wife said her Stolen Kiss cocktail very good.

We have been to Cielo’s several times in the year since opening and had anywhere from good to excellent experiences. We were confident that planning a Valentine dinner would be on the exceptional end so we did just that.
We arrived at 5:30 for a 5:30 reservation and the hostess couldn’t find our name until eventually realizing they had us down for 5:20. No big deal, we were seated immediately after 2 other couples that arrived at the same time.
We order a drink and service was slow but our server also had a larger table. We don’t pester, we just roll with it and by 5:50 or so had our order in; 2 simple plates – a shrimp pasta and a salmon, and another bar drink.
The 2nd bar drink was slow to arrive, maybe 15 minutes. When delivered, no mention of our food. About 6:30, waitress apologizes for food taking so long. We say we understand. About 6:45 we realize both couples that arrived at the same time had now eaten and left and 2 other couples had since arrived and had food. I got up and found waitress to ask about food and inform her we were close to running late for our show. She said she would check on it. At 7:00 we were now frustrated and late for our show. Waitress had never come to our table since that 6:30 water refill. I find waitress again and tell her I will pay for drinks but we have to leave. She said our food had been comped but that did us no good because we were now late already for a live comedy show. She apologized, I paid for the 2 drinks and left.
It was obvious that either she forgot to put our order in or it was lost in the kitchen and she wasn’t attentive enough to figure out what happened. I seldom blame wait staff but this was an exception.

Our first time visiting this place and was not disappointed. I got the Balsamic Chicken Pizza, it is hands down THE BEST pizza in Paris TX. Omg, it was everything I had hoped for. The dough was light and airy with a slight chew and the toppings and flavors were on point. My daughter got the Lemon @ Garlic Shrimp Pasta which she said was very good. My son got the kids Chicken Tenders with shoestring fries. I had a taste of his food and the chicken was seasoned perfectly and the fires were crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. We will be a regular customer here. The food was excellent and our server was great.

Great steaks, they don’t need the sauce, I got it on the side. The sauce would be great on a chop steak, but is too much for a ribeye, which was perfect all on its own. Excellent sear.
Broccoli was a little over seasoned, but the poblano potatoes were great. The spinach dip has crack in it or something, it’s so addictive.
Staff was friendly and on top of it, and the price was in line with what you get. Will definitely go again.
