Cielito Lindo is a great little gem! You always hear little hole in the wall restaurants are the best, and that is a correct statement for this place. My family and I went to celebrate a birthday and the food was absolutely wonderful! I ordered a large bowl of menudo. It was very clean and delicious! My husband and son had brisket and carnitas street tacos and said it was the best tacos they had! They were full of meat and came in four. The service was great for us being a big party, and there was only one other person in the restaurant. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. It is a small restaurant, but it has some amazing food. I was going to take more pictures, but I started eating and completely forgot.

The food was awesome, service wasn’t that bad, friendly staff, wife said best menudo she had at any restaurant. I had a taste of her menudo and I like it to, I really don’t like it anywhere but home. We will be back.

Good food, terrible service. It’s small so you wouldn’t think the service would be as bad however my waitress was too busy chatting with a gentleman at another table to see that my drink was empty for 15 minutes.
The caldo was very good so that’s a shame.

We came here to try the menudo, and my bowl of menudo barely had any menudo in it but it had lots of the hominy the white hominy and it was very hard to chew and menudo had no flavor in it

If I could leave a 0 I would, worst service I’ve ever dealt with, it took them an hours to get half our food out still finished our food and my mom and sister never got their food for another hour, seriously the worst service, waitress never went to ask us if everything was good if we needes anything else. The food wasnt even good, I guess it was a good thing my family didnt get the gorditas menudo was nothing but grease no chile. never will be coming to this place again!

The food was really bad. I pretty much left my plate half empty. I was hungry. Asada was very salty, tacos were soggy in the middle, chicken tasted like it had no seasoning. Cilantro was old and smelled really bad.

Great food and service. The beans were so delicious and flavorful like homemade. The flour gorditas looked small but were filling. The brisket meat was so tender with just a kick of the right amount of spices. I’ll be coming back to try the enchiladas and other specials they have.

We got the fajitas with beef and chicken. Queso as our appetizer. The chips are ok. The salsa is very strange tasting. The chicken fajitas had a different flavor to them. The beef fajitas were tough and tasted old. The queso tasted like nasty nacho cheese out of a can. The only thing good was the rice, beans and flour tortillas. We will definitely not be back. I would never recommend anyone eat here. Complete waste of money.

My last experience here really bummed me out and I don’t think I’ll return for a while.
Went with a small group of 4 and 2 of the 4 dishes that were brought to us had obviously rancid (the sour smell as overwhelming)beans as the side. I believe the only reason the other 2 didn’t was because we sent the food back before the other plates came out. The waitress didn’t seem to concerned or apologetic about the situation. They simply scrapped off the bad beans and put “fresh” beans right on top. The other parts of the dish that were touching the spoiled beans did not get replaced. The service was slow despite the fact that there only 2 other customers there. Also the building was never in great condition to begin with, but now there are several holes in the roof, there were several buckets throughout the restaurant catching water from the leaks. It is obvious that very little has been invested in the building. I really wouldn’t be surprised if the ceiling just caved in after this recent ice storm we had.

Very good food and service!! Will definitely be back! Forgot to take a picture but had the menudo with bread limes and onions and it was very good and authentic tasting!!!
