The service matches the view. Staff are attentive without hovering, quick to offer guidance, and genuinely warm in a way that elevates the whole evening. It feels coordinated and effortless, the kind of hospitality that makes you relax into the experience.
The food holds its own against the panorama. The charcuterie board arrives beautifully arranged, generous in variety, and balanced in flavors rich cured meats, well‑chosen cheeses, and thoughtful accompaniments that show care rather than routine assembly. The boeuf braisé is the kind of dish that proves why slow cooking is an art: tender, deeply flavorful, and comforting without being heavy. It’s the sort of plate that makes you pause mid‑conversation because it deserves your full attention.
Between the rotating view, the polished service, and the well‑executed dishes, Ciel! Bistro‑Bar feels like more than a restaurant …it’s an experience. Perfect for a special occasion, a romantic evening, or simply treating yourself to something memorable.
The service was exceptionally warm, friendly, and attentive without ever feeling overbearing. From start to finish, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of.
The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered the rack of lamb, venison tartare, and the scallop–pork belly medley, and each dish exceeded our expectations. Everything was beautifully prepared and packed with flavor, we were pleasantly surprised by just how good it all was.
The drinks were just as impressive. The French 75 and Espresso Martini were refreshing, well-balanced, and very reasonably priced for a rooftop restaurant.
Overall, an amazing experience with great food, fantastic service, and a memorable atmosphere. Would definitely come back and highly recommend!
Started with two appetizers, the best being the Venison Gravalax. Very delicious, my first venison dish. We also had the foie gras, but it was too rich for my taste (and only came with two small toast points!).
Dinner mains: chicken entree and the salmon dinner. Both solid plates.
Dessert: creme brûlée, it was absolutely perfect.
We celebrated our 3rd anniversary there and we would highly recommend it.
We did not feel rushed at all!
Best part was i didn’t even realize that it was a rotating restaurant , so within the hour of drinking and eating and just being with my wife, we saw the full city from that high view. 2 TIMES.
