8-25-25: Ordered the Macaroni and cheese pizza with bacon, It was really good! The customer service was great and the food was GOOD!! For the price you can’t beat it!!! Used the coupon that they have if you sign up to receive them!!!

We haven’t been to CiCi’s Pizza for 20 years or over. It is still just as delicious as ever. The salad bar was fresh and the salad hit the spot and paired well with the pizza and the pasta. The desserts are still wonderful. The atmosphere is fun and relaxed. The customer service was awesome. Noel took great care of us. Noel is fun to talk to. He might be the manager or the owner. I’m not sure but we’ll be going back to eat at this wonderful establishment.

We visited Cici’s Pizza after taking the kids shopping and overall the food prices were fair. The buffet pricing felt reasonable, and the pizza selection was what you’d expect.
The game area, however, was a bit disappointing. The games were limited and the prices per game felt high for the small selection available.
The biggest concern was the restroom situation. One stall was closed off due to what appeared to be a clogged toilet and a strong odor. The only other stall had the toilet seat completely off and sitting on the floor. When I notified an employee, she was already aware that the “big bathroom” was out of order.
For a busy establishment hosting parties and families, especially with young children, having at least one fully functional restroom should be a priority. Simply placing a “Do Not Use” sign on a stall without addressing the remaining broken toilet seat is not ideal for guests.
I hope management takes restroom maintenance more seriously moving forward.

Haven’t been here in years and it did not disappoint. 12/13/2025 The Pizza Buffet was great and plentiful, the place was clean, the staff was all smiles and friendly. Love the fact that you can just order any pizza and they will make it for you. Shouts out to the Manager who was awesome, attentive and helpful. Went above and beyond to see if he can make us anything we wanted. What a great guy, suggested we try his favorite pizza The Big Mac pizza. He made it for us and it was awesome. Will be back. Made are lunch experience great!! Definitely 5⭐ all around!!

We discovered Cicis Pizza at the balloon fiesta one year. To me, it was the best pizza I had tried in Albuquerque. We found where they were, and ever since then we have become regulars. Our kids 9 and 7 years old love this place, u can build your own salad, fresh chicken noodle soup, along with fresh marinara and Alfredo sauce. Everything is always fresh, delightful, and a clean atmosphere. If you have a special request, they will make it for you. The customer service is always on point as well. And for the price. U cannot beat it. Best Pizza buffet in Albuquerque NM, oh and I forgot to mention, they have updated the gaming area with new games, so much fun.

Usually good, this time they only had 8 total pieces of pizza in the buffet BUT they made me a special order that was fresh. Wings are good.
This time there was no where to sit NOT because it was packed, but because at least five boths were dirty with plates stacked on them while two people in the lobby did nothing to clear them..
One was looking into space the whole time, the other one took his time mopping an used section..

Typical Cicis, not sure it has changed, BUFFET for 3 adults was $40 plus drinks. We stopped for the “nostalgia” hadn’t been to one in prob 10 years.
Food is average, salad, pasta, pizza and dessert. I guess you are paying for the variety.

Went on a Sunday, and to our surprise it was very slow. The gentleman at the front checking us in was kind, and friendly! There was only two other staff there, that could be seen in the back prepping/cleaning. Typically the CiCi’s we’ve been to before on the East Coast, have at least 10-12 different pizzas, but this location was definitely not the same unfortunately. There was only 5 “halves” of pizza, and each with meat/veggies. The “Alfredo” sauce was 100% not normal, and completely watery in both taste and texture… so it went to waste. The marinara was completely fine for the pasta however and tasted normal.
Being a vegetarian, I wanted just a few simple plain cheese slices, but that was not out so I did ask for them to please make a cheese pizza. The woman said she was would, so I grabbed the fresh cheese bread in the meantime, which was amazing by the way! The woman yelled “cheese” and I went up to grab some for us, but to my disappointment, noticed she only made 1/2 a cheese pizza. I didn’t want to sound ungrateful so I didn’t ask her to make more. So we sucked it up and ate the four cheese slices, and my husband got the pepperoni to fill up, and then we had dessert. The cinnamon rolls were hot, fresh, and amazing. Overall, not a bad experience, but definitely won’t be coming back here unless we hear it’s gotten better as far as pizza options go. Service was good overall though, and if you don’t mind limited pizza options, you’ll be fine!
