Hands down, no question about it. This is the best Cici’s location around. All the other locations dont hold a candle to this 1. Always clean, always hot fresh pizzas to pick from, super friendly staff.

Fresh pizza came out almost every 10 minutes which is great. I liked the simple salad bar. The desserts were cinnamon rolls and brownies. Multiple pizza to choose from and bread sticks. There was a chicken soup. Hopefully in the future more pasta gets added.
There are basically only 4 games. 1 motor cycle racing, 2 simple sitting racing games for children 6 and younger and a jurassic shooting game. Everything else was a claw machine game. 1 punching bag game for teens and older since the bag height cant be adjusted for little kids.
There was an employee that went around a lot to collect dishes so that plates dont add up on the tables.

The pizza was good, and they are constantly bringing out fresh pizzas. The restaurant itself really needs better cleaning. The booth I sat at was dirty, and the walls had stains and old food residue that looked like it hadn’t been wiped in a long time. I haven’t eaten at CiCi’s in about 10 years, and I’d definitely go again if the atmosphere were cleaner.

Veterans Day I received a free meal! They had a POW table made up just like we did in the military. Great place!!! Clean and good! They will make any kind of pizza you order and call you when ready. Lots ready at the pizza or salad bar. I’d take more photos normally but we were eating so much and enjoying our time.

The pizza dough was a little rubbery. The salad bar was very clean & the salad was good. But I wanted cheese on my salad. Usually, there’s cheese for every salad bar that I’ve been to. So get ready to dig in your pockets for 25 cents for a bit of cheese for your salad.

The service is okay, the manager did ask me how I was doing so I was happy about that. I was upset because I did find a hair in my sauce and bug in my salad. The bug was still alive and crawling on different plates (shown in photos). Other than that the food (even though it’s under a heater) tasted very room temperature if not colder, so it didn’t taste that great. I would definitely not suggest coming here during slow times so that way you can avoid this. Coming at a busier time will force them to keep putting new things up to keep up with the traffic. They have a special right now for 5$ a person on Mondays and Tuesday all the way up until February. So what would cost 18$ for two people is now 15$ with two regular drinks included. Two restroom stalls also do not lock properly.

Amazing pizza and entertainment! I loved the all you can eat pizza! There is so much to choose from and if they don’t have a pizza you like you can always request whatever you’d like. They also have a mini arcade which is really fun and has a punching machine which was my personal favorite.

First off it’s a chain fast food buffet, I understand that. But what I can say is what makes a chain good is their staff and how they run it. Peak time is well handled. Non peak hours is great. Food is what you pay which is great for the kids and very hungry adults that love pizza and plenty of it. Overall store is clean and not too loud. My only bad thought is, some food is out to long, which is understandable for food waste to be minimal but that is it.

Food was good but every other plate I grabbed had food still on it. They are not cleaning them correctly. This was on Jan 2nd. First bad experience here, we really enjoy this location so it was a bummer.

Have been to multiple cicis location , price is nominal plus you can order your own personalized pizza for the price of buffet , love the salad bar too , do try the brownies. Compared to other locations I found this location really take 20 -25mins to serve your personalized pizza which is ok till that time we were enjoying the salad bar and other pizzas kept on counter .
