Today was the first day and THE LAST DAY that I eat at CiCi’s Pizza. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a buffet restaurant. The food tasted old and stale. The store/dining room./kitchen was just absolutely filthy. I put in a special request for a white cheese pizza, light sauce and still have not received it after 25 minutes. The restaurant is not busy by any means, and when confronting the manager Louise, he proceeded to tell me that he was sorry that they were busy and shorthanded. I will be added pictures to this review. They were not busy. Their customer service is absolutely SORRRY. The restaurant was absolutely disgusting I will not ever spend another dime at any of these restaurants. This experience has left a stain peroxide cannot get out. Completely disappointed with the experience i havr had today. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. If you decide to dine here, you might as well throw your money in the trash because that is essentially the type of service youre going to get.

Our grandkids love going to cicis and this location happened to be in the area where we were shopping. The food and quality is good. The location is very clean and well lit. Its the customer service across the entire team that made a difference. Everyone including the manager were very attentive and polite constantly asking if we needed anything or a certain type of pizza that we wanted. I can say that it resembled closely to Chick files service. It left a great impression on me since I look for and will always give props to people that really take thier job seriously and making customers feel comfortable. Great job to the manager. I highly recommend this location.

”I had a fantastic experience at this Cici’s location in San Antonio! Chelsea and Jennifer were absolutely on top of it—they were professional, friendly, and had my special pizza order ready with perfect timing. The restaurant was impeccably clean, which seems to be a standard here; I remember Mr. Luis being equally exceptional during my last visit. The entire staff, including the busser, worked efficiently to ensure the food was prompt and delicious. To top it all off, the pricing is unbeatable. This is easily the best Cici’s in the city. I highly recommend it to everyone!”

Staff did an amazing job. Clean establishment, food was on point and hospitality was very real. The manager was working the line the entire time and interacting with my kids and other guests. We live closer to a differnt location but we will be coming here from now on. Thank you.

We went at 9:10pm the salad bar was really fresh and I had the most amazinggg salad definitely recommend. And the pizza bar was full with a variety of pizza & the made to order custom pizza was a 10/10. Jennifer was especially helpful and kind.

Never been to a Cicis Pizza before. This was great pizza for a great price! The pizza was hot and fresh, they even will make a pizza at your request! The restaurant was very clean and the staff were always available! What I like the most was the Manager was active in the kitchen and on the front line. Definitely recommend to stop in if your craving some pizza! Well done thank you for all your hard work during this tough time!

Had a great experience at Cicis! The staff was super friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. They kept the buffet stocked and even offered to make custom pizzas for us, which came out hot and fresh. The food was really good for the price—plenty of pizza options, a clean salad bar, and those cinnamon rolls were the perfect sweet ending. Great value and great service. We’ll definitely be back

I use to love cicis. It fills you up but it’s not tasty. Everything is like monotone.
The chicken and waffle pizza they kept advertising never came.out. I requested the taco pi,za twice. It never came the first time then the 2nd time I requested she said she would announce it and she never did so when I finally went to check it was already out soggy with wet lettuce. Book. And the bathrooms yuck. Ewe ewe ewe don’t go in there u see everyone’s insides yuckkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk that definitely needs an adult to clean the bathrooms so dirty

Im not sure how this is a 4 star location, but it definitely deserves negative stars! Highly disappointed in this location and I would avoid it at all cost if I were you!
Not sure who the girl is that works the cashier, but she has short hair with glasses.
She 1. Didn’t greet us, just stared at us, so me and my group said hello to her & told her how we had a coupon to use and she cuts us off mid conversation and says “oh its only for 2 people and 1 transaction per 2 people” mind you, the coupon clearly says 4 people! And we had exactly that! so we just said “okay”. Then she proceeds to say “oh and if somewhere were to download it now, the coupon wouldn’t be available” .Then she looks at all of us and says “oh you can’t have that(a drink) here” . Like okay i get it, but her approach was very disrespectful because proceeded to say the things we can’t do/ can’t have. We ask for,J.R, the manager. We explain the coupon says “up to 4 ppl” in the fine print, then he says its 2 ppl as of a certain date(mind you that information is nowhere to be found, nor did he show us where it says this). Then as we were telling him how disrespectful his employee was he wants to tell us that she has “Aspergers syndrome” . Like? Sir, mind you thats a major HIPPA violation & very irrelevant right now. Because why are you telling us that your employee has a medical condition to excuse her for being disrespectful towards us?
The whole situation was handled so unprofessionally. If her having this syndrome is interfering with customer service, maybe she shouldn’t be the first point of contact at cicis?
Oh & let’s not forget they had the AUDACITY to charge people for drinks when their machine overflowing and not working?? Just pitiful.
This was a terrible experience and I will NEVER go back, & ill tell everybody else i know not to go to this location.

This location is so much better than the one on de Zavala. It’s cleaner and the employees are soooo nice the hospitality is unmatched. Love it here!
