This place really is a great place to take the family. The workers are friendly and helpful. Very bad service at this place. The manager didn’t know how to do anything and treated customers very poorly. I had a problem with my receipt; he charged me for one extra buffet. When I went to request a refund, he got upset even though it was his mistake. He had to call the cashier to process the refund because he didn’t know how to do it himself, and he spoke to the cashier in a rude way, rushing him and talking to him as if the mistake had been the cashier’s fault, when in reality it was his own mistake. I asked for his name and no one would give it to me until the lady who cleans the tables told me his name is Cecilio. Please hire more professional, kind, and courteous staff. Thank you. (1 star only because I can’t give 0.)

First time I experienced a place like this and and the food was really good however the portions were really small I mean food pyramid small. I like to see a little bit bigger portions for the price then you get your money’s worth. The staff was awesome and the whole place was very inviting.

This place has come a very long way over the years under current management! Trust me having over 30 years food/beverage experience here on San Antonio (and I worked at Cici’s way back in high school). It was super busy at lunch and a bus full of high schoolers hit the buffet. The staff handled the rush very well with great service and fresh tasty food. I highly recommend stopping by for the food and there’s a little game room for fun times. Excellent job staff ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I usually go to the one by South Park Mall pizza is fresh and salad is good. This location had just a few pieces of pizza out, salad was wilted. Not much to my liking compared to South Park location

I considered not writing this because the reaction I got from everyone behind the counter lets me know they don’t care, but here we go. I ordered a personal pizza while my family ate from the buffet. When I received my I noticed there was a hair on the plate. We made the staff aware immediately. Instead of apologizing and seeing if there was something they could do, they just took the pizza, walked away from us without a word and PUT THE PIZZA BACK ON THE BUFFET. They all had attitudes about the situation even though we approached them nicely. I was able to get a refund for my buffet but it was definitely disappointing to see how the entire staff behaved over something that was not my fault. We did not feel welcome or valued even though my family just spent almost $80 to eat here. We won’t be returning although I don’t think they care. Please do better.
