Went for lunch today and CiCi’s did not disappoint! A little smaller than your average CiCi’s location but service was impeccable. Courteous employees from the time we went in until we left. Buffet was constantly being refreshed with call-outs being made as new items were added to the buffet(Cowboy coming through, here comes the barbecue! Pepperoni and jalapenos, they’re bringing spicy back!). Plates were being cleared from the table as we were eating by a very nice employee. Has a small arcade on the side for the kiddos with some standard games and claw machines. Definitely worth a stop by if you find yourself with a hankering for pizza!

Loved my First experience today at the Mid-County Location! The pizza was fresh and hot! Clean and sanitary dining area! Service was great, and everyone was happy and showed great professionalism and courtesy! I can’t have the red sauce pizza but they have the best spinach and ham and cheddar Alfredo sauce pizzas! That’s what I go for! Did not disappoint! Thank you Ladies and Gentlemen!

Pizza was dry. Not too many options for sides. Cashier Rebecca wouldn’t let me pay for my food without leaving her a tip first. Not coming back to this location. Wish I could ask for a full refund. Spent 15min in this store and left.

For being brand new I expected cleaner, well taken care of, semi-stocked with the necessities. As many workers as there were I figured they would be on the move getting things done. It was super dirty. The drink station was terrible, over flowing with dumped ice, and missing straws. They had the straws but weren’t keeping up with the dining room. Even though they were walking through it constantly and coming out to get their own drinks. The pizzas were coming out quickly but unless they were just sat down they were luke warm at best from cramming too many pizzas on the warming tables. There wasn’t much sauce on any of the pizzas. The workers seem more interested in cutting up with each other rather than making sure everything runs smoothly. I hate that this place is already like this. We’ll just go to beaumont.
