This Cicis was great the guy up front Matt, he greatest us with his staff, he got us paid and asked us if we wanted a custom pizza before we left the front counter. He laughed with us made us feel at home and not to mention they have a guy name Gabe I think. man does he always move around the restaurant like all the tables are clear and cleaned when I looked away and looked back the table was spotless. Just wow amazing. Matt & Gabe if y’all see this guys thank you!!

Did the $5.99 Special for the Buffet. Nothing spectacular. Average pizza & salad bar. Went during lunch. I beat the crowd in by a few minutes but the pizza was dry; too much time under the light. As I sat there, the lunch crowd came in and the staff under estimated that. There was a line & NO pizza. So, when the pizza’s began coming out 1 at a time, it would clear out. So, it really wasn’t all you can eat unless you were planning to hang out. Most people are on lunch so can’t wait. I posted a pic of my salad only as there was no pizza. I got lucky & a fresh pan of the cinnamon rolls came out & that was delicious. However, i could have gone to a bakery, for desert. Bottom line, i would Not return unless there is another special price & I pick a different time and do a made to order pizza.

This place needs better management, more energy, pizza was dry and just not enough variety of pizza to choose from. Seems like if you want a fresh pizza you need to order it… in my opinion they should charge less in this cicis then others .. they should really learn something from the other cicis on spencer that one is amazing always fresh pizza coming out .. managers are way more energetic.. and way more variety always coming fresh .

came on a Tuesday because the other one on Spencer was out the door but honestly wish i just waited. There was no pizzas ready. The noodles were gross and oily, The Alfredo sauce was super watery. The tables were not clean. There was a full house and only 3 employees. And they kept making the weirdest combinations of pizza. And the place is over all dingy had a moldy piece of ceiling tile drip on me. This location is always a horrible experience I will for sure not be coming back.

Yesterday we visited this location and for the second time were absolutely disappointed. As we walked in, we weren’t greeted by the manager. He showed no interest or any type of customer service skills. We purchased 5 adult buffets and 2 children buffets. As we approached the pizza bar, there were maybe 3 pizzas available everything else was empty. There was a hair on the spatula which is absolutely disgusting!!!! The fountain drinks were also empty. As much money as we spent it was a very disappointing experience. The restrooms were also not cleaned, toilet wouldn’t flush, dirty toilets with toilet paper thrown everywhere. This location wasn’t busy for the lack of service and food. I will not be returning. I hope corporate steps in to bring this Cicis up to par.

We prefer this location alot more than the Location on Spencer in Pasadena. Never as crowded as the pasadena location.
One thing I do not like it that they never have the ingredients to make the taco pizza. The seem to only know how to make the same 5 pizzas. If that would change my ratings would change.

I’ll be blunt, this place really really lacks in many areas, but customer service is the main one. THE RESTROOMS ARE HORRIBLE THE MANAGERS ATTITUDE WAS UNACCEPTABLE MY TABLE WAS CLEARED WHILE MY GRANDKIDS PLAYED VIDEO GAMES PIZZA WAS OLD.. I gave this place a shot being that it’s closer to my home, but I will take the drive and head over to the one closer to Spencer and strawberry rd… That place seems to be properly ran and wayyyyyy more friendly and cleaner

12/29, to to whomever worked closing shift this evening, yall were amazing and went above and beyond when you didn’t have to.
Before arriving, I attempted to go to the location @ 3421 Spencer…;
Arrived at 9:05 pm, doors were locked, though people were still inside, as well as some leaving as we walked up. 12/29 was not within their “holiday hours”, so closing time was listed as 10pm. But doors were locked an hour before? Ridiculous.
So, I Ended up coming to this location, where I was not only able to eat; but was made a fresh pizza within 30 mins of closing. Customer service was through the roof, and warmly appreciated.
Such a huge difference, compared to the one that is barely 15 mins away on the same street.

Horrible just horrible & disgusting!
I am so shocked at how bad this place has gotten recently. My family & I used to enjoy going here Sundays after church & it has literally gone down the drain within the past few months. Not sure if it’s management of staff but I did notice that the friendly man that used to be there is no longer there & it’s bad now.
We arrived around 11:30. Usually there’s not a lot of pizza on the line because it’s early & I expect that but today they had so much pizza sitting out for who knows how long & even under the table on warmers & let me just say it wasn’t fresh. It tasted nasty. I asked for fresh pizza but they just brought out was underneath the table.
The salad bar was not appealing at all. Very dry & brown lettuce. The croutons were very soft & not good.
Now the worst part of it.
The restrooms was FILTHY!!
I must apologize for the pictures I’m posting because they are nasty but this is so the owners can see what I had to deal with as I was there. I understand they get used & dirty but this was disgustingly aweful. I went & talked with the guy that looked like a manager & spoke with him on the side so nobody else had to hear me but it didn’t work. I explained to him that the restroom was really dirty & needed to be clean immediately because it was very specific kind of nasty. So I trusted that he would take care of it as he said he would. Well I went afterwards & it was still the same. I went & spoke to him again & he basically stated it was his first day & the building has issues. Crazy because we’d been going for months & didn’t ever notice such nastiness. They then proceeded to just close the restroom with a sign stating it was out of order. Why didn’t someone glove up & clean it? Because it was nasty!! I seen that & ate at this place. It was horrible. So much so that I decided I will share it here so the owners can actually see & know how nasty this was. Worst experience ever of my life!! I hope they get better but something really needs to be done about this.

I feel like at this location they undercook their pizzas and desserts. It’s a much smaller restaurant than League City, not many arcade games, the layout is compact, and the food was hot but seemed like it could have been cooked for maybe 4 or 5 minutes longer. The pizza was just soft and the cinnamon rolls were the same way. The staff takes good care of the place, it was clean and well maintained. But it just felt cramped and like the food needed cooked to be a little less bready like.
