This location is very clean, well maintained and all food items were fresh and stocked well. Nothing was running out. Vegetables for salad were fresh and appealing. Service was wonderful too. They also prepped a requested pizza for us that came in delicious.
Lots of arcade games as well. There were also some vendors doing caricatures and face paint at a charge.

We had a very disappointing experience at CiCi’s Pizza in Katy. We came as a large group of 7 adults and 5 kids. When we arrived, we had to wait quite a while just to get a clean table.
After we had been eating for about 20–25 minutes, the power went out. We understand that the power outage was not the restaurant’s fault, and we were patient and waited for a bit. Our main reason for coming was for the kids to eat and play.
I decided to calmly speak with the manager to explain the situation and simply ask if it would be possible to get a voucher for the kids so we could bring them back another day. Unfortunately, instead of listening, the manager started yelling at me and refused to hear what I was trying to say. I was not asking for anything unreasonable—just trying to find a solution.
The lack of professionalism and customer service was very upsetting, especially in front of our children. Because of how the situation was handled, we will not be returning.
This was a very poorly handled of customer service….they should be able to training the manager staff with better skills.

Before even starting this review I gotta give credit where credit is due, the salad bar was perfect the entire time I was there. It was a busy lunch rush & every chance the crew had, they went & cleaned up the area with the tongs & setting it up nicely as if it was the beginning of the day. Everything else was great as well. The pizzas tasted fresh & that dessert pizza they had was a hidden banger. It was less than $40 for two adults, two children & each with our own soda cup. Well worth the value for the quality you get. Only thing I could say “negatively” is that I wish there was a protein option in the salad bar. Like if yall had the bits of chicken from the buffalo pizza on the side for the salad bar that would pretty cool. Customer service was also top notch, my son spilled his drink, maintenance came by & she told me to sit back & no worry about it & proceeded to clean up the spill.
Overall, going back again soon!

I had a really good experience at Cicis. I went with a craving for their buffet, and one of the workers actually asked if there was a specific pizza I wanted them to make fresh. They brought it right to my table when it was ready, which I didn’t expect at all. The food was hot, the place was clean, and the staff was super friendly. It made the whole visit way better than just a normal buffet stop!

My family eats at this location all the time and the pizza is great. But today, the pizza crust was very chewy and felt like I was eating cardboard. Hope they didn’t change recipe, but there is a whole new crew working here. Not coming back to this one. Have to try a different location.Now have to drive even further for pizza.Spoke to manager but didn’t seem to care. I assume she was the manager. This was at the Pin Oak location.

For a 3 star Michelin restaurant this place is pretty laid back. You would never know that such prestige is disguised under the casual, family atmosphere. I’m assuming it has to be Michelin caliber because of the gastro-bar exhibitions they do with flat bread meals. Who would ever think to put Mac and cheese on a pizza, with Alfredo sauce. A true genius is who. Apple pie pizza? Its just crazy enough to work to take you on a pizza themed adventure through the staples of american cuisine. Then to top it off a fully automated gaming system. You can turn your hard earned legal tender into credits to spend on games of chance and redeem your spoils for loot.
10/10 would go here to size up a couple inches for this holiday season. They do have salad, but it doesn’t compare to BBQ sliced pizza, I mean c’mon. It’s not called CiCi’s Salads.

I’ve never really liked Cici’s pizza that much. BUT…this particular Cici’s is good. Its clean, staff is friendly, food was fresh. This is pretty much the only Cici’s ill go to. I’ve been going to this Cici’s with my kids for the last 10 years or so and its been good everytime. Its been cool to see its still good everytime I go back.

The quality of pizza is really bad. They were literally making random pizzas when we were there and the quality stayed the same. The lettuce got old in the tray so they took it and made a pizza out of it haha. Cicis pizza used to be really good but over the years, their quality dropped tremendously.

On today, I came thru the drive-thru at this Cici’s location ,and made a large food purchase. Now I am a big on rewards and would have appreciated if I could have scanned my receipt for those points. But instead, Cici’s managers allow there employees to scan the customer receipts before giving it to them amd not inform them. When I tried to scan it stated “this receipt has already been claimed”. “If you wanted the receipt that bad, JUST ASK! When the manager was contacted, I was just brushed off, like what your employees did was OK. I am sure that is not part of their job description. You all should be worried about why the customer pizza is coming out lukewarm and NOT hot.
