Being from Florida, I have always avoided CiCi’s Pizza. My kids loved it when they were little, so we went. But when they got older they even begin to veer away from it.
THIS IS NOT FLORIDA STILES CICI’S PIZZA!!
ITS EXCEPTIONAL. The food is fresh, delicious and brought out in timely manner. Not to mention that the restaurant was spic and span. This should set the bar for all cc’s everywhere I believe it has to do with a young lady that manages the place. I can’t remember her name, she did tell me and I wanted to mention her in this write up because she’s doing a darn good job!! So if you’re with corporate can you read these customer reviews… Pay attention to the time and the date of this review and give that lady a raise!!! She has completely converted me into being a cici’s Pizza patron- for the pizza.. not the video games!!! Thank you

We had such an amazing time! From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding, but what truly stood out was the manager, Rafael. He went above and beyond to make sure our family felt welcomed and taken care of. He personally made sure we got to try every type of pizza, and each one was delicious! The variety and quality were incredible, and it really felt like he wanted us to enjoy the full experience.
What touched us the most was how thoughtful he was toward my little one. Rafael made sure to wish my three-year-old a very happy birthday, which put the biggest smile on his face and made the celebration even more special. Small gestures like that go such a long way and turned an ordinary meal into a wonderful memory.
Our whole family left happy, full, and grateful for the great hospitality. Rafael truly made the experience unforgettable, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for not just great food, but also amazing service that makes you feel like family!

Kids were craving Cici’s so I decided to stop by even though I saw some negative reviews. Let me just say the pizza buffet had hot fresh pizza and the salad bar tasted amazing. The young ladies in the front were such a great help. They answered my questions in a polite way, and were respectful. Thank you girls for the great hospitality. Will definitely be returning

Open for New Year’s Eve until 9:00 p.m. so very appreciative.
They still had a full spread of pizza and it was fairly fresh.
The salad bar and toppings were spot on.
The chicken soup and noodles/marinara sauce was not even close to being fresh
But again, just thankful they were open for NYE.

Raphael was a fantastic entertainer for a late lunch! Kudos to him . First Cici’s with a clean bathroom. Food was slightly better than most as well. Definitely recommend this location.

Everything was perfect to me. This is my favorite location and I always choose it. When I stayed in cypress I would drive all the way to this location because it’s the best one I’ve been to. The pizza and dessert is always fresh. The customer service from the moment you walk in is great! The place is clean including the bathrooms. I especially loved the above and beyond customer service of the manager. He was very interactive and had a great attitude. They have some new game devices from the last time we came giving more entertainment for the kids and big kids at heart aka adults. All in all this is the best place and I’ll continue to return so long as the service is like it has been.

They always do a good job of keeping the cinnamon rolls available. Pizza is always yummy and salad bar fresh. The manager is the absolute best. He always makes our pizza night a fun experience. A smiling face and fun interaction with the customers. It’s so refreshing to actually receive customer service these days. Maybe a little more busing of the tables would be the only thing to make it a little better. But let me reiterate, I totally recommend this location.

This cicis location is one of the better ones in Houston. Buffet was constantly filled with fresh food, restaurant was clean, and the staff were very attentive and friendly, especially the manager who was very engaging and fun with the customers. Highly recommend this location.
