This Applebees is pretty consistent with other Applebees Restaurants. The server was friendly and polite and the service was pretty quick. The chicken was super salty though. It was tender but was a little difficult for me to eat because it was just too salty. The potatoes were good and the green beans were good, but they were out of broccoli.

We visited Applebee’s tonight on New Year’s Eve of 2023. The food was great and our server, Santos, was excellent! He was busy serving as well as bartending, but he did a great job at both!
We visited Applebee’s tonight and our server Faith was very sweet and efficient! Very personable! She made our dining experience very enjoyable! ❤️
I always enjoy this Applebee’s in Medina!!! The service is always good at this location, and the waitresses are always very attentive!! The food comes in quickly and is always warm and prepared correctly!!! Tonight we decided to order online and ordered one of the irresist a bowls. We tried the orange shrimp bowl, and it was delicious!!! It had rice, fresh vegetables (carrots, broccoli and peppers) and spicy breaded shrimp!! It was excellent!!! I would definitely order this again!! I have also tried the chicken fajita type bowl which was also delicious!!!
The portions are a good size, too!!! There is also a new option for takeout alcohol called Beverage Buckets!!!

Quick served food. The mashed potatoes are delicious. Also the White Sangria is a must try. Maybe it would be good to add a vegetarian salad, or at least with fish. Overall, it’s a nice place to dine in.

We just went on 10-8-2025. When we walked in the door(it was only a party of 6) the manager and hostess just looked at us! It took us over 8 minutes to even get a seat. Once we finally got seated, we waited and waited for server to show up. No one ever showed up. After 20 minutes of being ignored. We decided to leave and go to another restaurant. We will not be returning to the Medina Applebees. It is sad that we couldn’t even be greeted or offered a drink.

Stopped here for a late snack while shopping. This visit was not the positive experience that we’re used to. We both ordered salads with chicken but the lettuce was wilted not nice and crispy. The service was mediocre at best. Somewhat disappointed.

I’m glad I’m a changed person because this lady has something wrong with her, her attitude was disgusting and she was mad because she had to go back in for my second order when it clearly was for the same car. I didn’t mind at all but clearly she was mad she had to do her job and couldn’t sit around. Clearly hates her life and it’s sad she comes to work all miserable like that!!! Especially around the holidays

It was a last minute choice and it did its job. The prices weren’t bad. The service was slow. Half of the tables were empty in a Saturday but service still slow. Probably last time going there
