Okay – and I cant believe I’m saying this – but Cicis has the best pizza in Mansfield. Seriously. Not getting paid to leave this, either, nor did I lose a bet. It’s just excellent pizza. LOVE the game room. Great staff, too, and bathroom was so clean, I almost felt guilty about even going. (Bathrooms always a sure sign of restaurant cleanliness for me.) Thank you, too, to the owners, for not having the buffet warming lights too hot! I HATE that. Everything was perfectly fresh, even after being out for a while. Can’t believe how great the cinnamon rolls were. Please take them away. I’m going to be huge because I plan on going back many times. Keep up the great work, though. Great buffet prices. Best price in Mansfield, too. Left you guys a couple pics. Sorry. You earned it.

I’m big on customer service, and transparency! My grievance is not really about what I’m about to address, but it’s about the principle. Last night as a customer after paying to dine in, I wasn’t given back proper change by staff due to them (CiCi’s Pizza staff members) not having much change to give back to me. So I asked them then if they can round off the change for me, and then they advised to me that they can’t go high off rounding with my change with them apologizing to me about it. I just decided to go on ahead, and eat by not causing a scene with it dampering the customer service mood for me for the evening. It’s just that I worked hard for my money as an honest working person. I just don’t want another customer going through what I went through regardless of how much, or little the change is being a respectful paying customer! I’ve been a loyal customer at this CiCi’s Pizza Mansfield Location for over 10 years. So that experience at the time was upsetting.

This was a large, nice, clean restaurant. The buffet was clean and full. We were there before dinner at 4:00pm, and I thought I was going to have to order pizza, but it was full when we got there. An excellent CiCi’s location.

Food was sub par from usual. Atmosphere but as good as Oakdale eithe. guy up front super cheery. Was not told about limitless menu or the fact that they couldn’t make personal pizzas cause THEY DIDN’T HAVE THE PANS…… where did they go did they lose them. Also lady in kitchen/pizza area commenting she finding the will to care m, “I don’t care i don’t care I’m struggling” also no pepperoni pizza on buffet.. pep and jap, ham and pin, BBQ but no pepperoni i had already paid for me and my kids and kids couldn’t eat cause no regular pepperoni

The food was good but the a/c was blowing so cold my food got cold too fast. The plates were clean but the food trays were terrible.they looked clean but did not feel clean on top and the bottom of the food trays appeared to have never been cleaned. Glad they had hand sanitizer avsilable.

Was initially uncertain,but after first time through I found it very easy to get what I wanted. Pizza remained warm. As pizza rotated quickly as food was taken. Had server come to our table several times to take away dirty dishes. System seemed to work well. Many different types of pizza was available.

Cicis is ALWAYS a great place to eat! Great food at a great price. If you don’t see something in the buffet, e.g. a sausage pizza, they will quickly make one, either a full-size, or a “personal-size,” just for you! The only way I can think of improving Cisis would be to add a free, do-it-yourself, ice cream cone machine to add to the dessert experience. That will make the kids happy to come when parents ask, “Where should we go to eat?” And such would make this 72-year-old, child-at-heart man a very happy customer, too. And do not shut down the cone machine two or three hours before closing! I worked in restaurants during college. I know preparing to close at night is a LOT of work. If you need to do triage, keep the cone machine open. I have a strong opinion that a free cone machine would be good business for an already GREAT family restaurant. Field-test this suggestion in Cedar Hill!

The food was freshly baked, pleasing to the eye and good. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. The staff members were pleasant. Probably the nicest CiCi’s pizza I’ve dined in.
