Being up charged without being asked is a very hot button for me. THEN to on top of that, to have a tip added that I did not authorize is just unacceptable. Ordered 2 adult buffets, and a 3 year old buffet, water for 1 adult and child and 1 regular drink. Got charged for a large drink that costs as much as a childs buffet. Got to the table and glanced at the receipt and saw an over $5 tip added…..for Cicis….where all of the employees are getting paid hourly. Where did this tip go?? How did a tip even get added at a place that does not have servers?? Avoid this location unless, you like to be scammed out of some money. Was all of this a very small amount? Yes. Does that make it okay? Absolutley not!

Victor the supervisor on duty was incompetent at the register! He was so busy looking at everyone else he didn’t get our order correct. He attempted to “fix” it after we paid but would not give the price difference. AS WE ATE WE NOTICED ALL FRESH PIZZAS WERE PUT ON A SHELF UNDER THE SERVING LINE. All the pizza and two deserts were room temperature. He constantly rearranged the pizzas to combine them on the trays on the line. He never smiled or spoke to anyone. His phone time was with his elbows leaning on the counter. The receipt was under another employees name not his. We had to ask employees his name. For a place that was rated better than this we won’t be back!

The owner is a Marine and my entire family went to celebrate my son joining the Marines on family night. They were able to accommodate us and created beautiful tasty food. This is one of the best places for a large family. Excellent service. Fantastic pizza and pasta and fresh salads. Love this. Our new family place.

Came to eat here with my wife and son on a weekday which means closing time is 10pm. We got there around 7:30pm and one of the workers told us to only sit in the upper half of the restaurant which was fine and we didn’t mind. But they did this because they had already mopped/cleaned and didn’t want to do so again to that side of the restaurant. We finished eating around 8-8:30pm latest and we were taking our son to the small arcade games they have and we get stopped by a worker and they tell us it’s “closed”. This made us upset because my toddler was already excited thinking he was going to go play and we went to ask the manager at what time they closed the buffet and the games and he proceeds to tell us the games are in fact opened still. They’re clearly being lazy. I understand you guys wanting to go home but closing early and making customers feel uncomfortable and unwanted is going to cause for you guys to close this location down. I forgot to ask for the managers name but he was an older white male (bald). Will not be returning to this location.

Best deal around! At $5.99 for all you can eat soup, salad, pasta, and pizza, and even dessert is a great deal! All our food was very fresh and well prepared. Even plenty of toppings on the pizza! Very nice staff too! Update: Great pizza to go too!

I dont like that i order a pizza to go. I sit in the lobby. I tell them my name. The person in the front looks at me multiple times, we lock eyes. They put my pizza in the warming station. Im sitting for 30 mins plus or an hr, they dont always inform you if your pizza is ready. Why do i have to go up to the counter to ask if my pizza is ready? I didnt call in my order, you know my name, im right in front of you, Then the manager looks at me like why is he just sitting there then the cashier go gets my pizza that i been waiting on for 30 plus min after they said itll be ready in 12 or 15 mins. My time is being wasted, especially when the restaurant isnt busy. There is one guy that is amazing everytime i come in, i order my food, he brings me my pizza as soon as its done, i sit for 15 mins, and tells me, “Be safe.”

The buffet is always full, and the pizza is always hot. I love that I can customize my own pizza and they will bring it to me. They also have an arcade that is great for the kids and I’ve never had any issues with the games not operating or taking money. I definitely recommend!

Cheap, family-friendly, organized and clean. The customer service is good. The only thing I wish I could see more is the variety of pizzas.. but they do have the option for you to order a personal pizza with the things you want on it.
They also have options of Food-To-Go.
Overall it’s a very good place to eat for cheap.
