I like coming into this location as it is always a pleasant experience. Employees are great. I put in a request for a pan pepperoni, sausage, and black olive pizza. They had it ready in 5 minutes. I also like the salad bar here..

This cicis was clean, service was lovely, pizza was typical cicics level good. Great bargain for your buck especially with hungry children. I fed me and 4 kids for under $50. And we all left fat fat full.

I absolutely love this CiCi’s and I’m going to be extremely sad whenever I move out of cleburne because this is probably the best CiCi’s Pizza I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to many. I love the manager Tim He is amazing and he runs a very tight ship, and he ensures that the quality of his food and the cleanliness of his store is top tier. You can tell that he truly cares about his staff, and his store because of the passion and the customer service that he gives every single person that walks in and out of that door. Every single time we walk in, and we work out if Tim is there I’m always being greeted and even when Tim is not there his crew always greets me and my son and my boyfriend every single time. Everything is always full nothing is ever sparse like the one in Burleson. We will be in Burleson and we will drive to this one because the one in Burleson just does not keep their store as clean or keep as much pizza on their buffet as this one does. I really appreciate him because he remembers our faces and he always greed says and he has the sweetest staff too. The woman who buses the tables she is an amazing woman and she works very hard I don’t know her name but she is always so kind and is attentive. I love this store and I will miss it so much and I hope that this review really helps the store get the recognition that they deserve because this door deserves higher than a three-star rating. My son and I really love this CiCi’s Pizza location and he wanted to make sure that Tim saw us so I added a picture thank you Tim and your crew for everything you do.

The location is amazing and we come every Sunday for lunch. Tim the manager is awesome, he’s always friendly and very personable. The food is always hot, fresh and delicious. Tim has an amazing team working for him and they are constantly cleaning and so friendly and helpful! I would recommend this location to anyone looking for hot fresh pizza at a great price!!

We celebrated my Pappy-n-laws 78th birthday here last Saturday. Everyone had a great time. The grandkids played in the game room. My favorite was the Chicken Bacon ranch pizza, it was the best!

I decided to come in here based off the 5 star reviews I’ve seen. But, unfortunately, the food was mediocre at best. The salad bar ingredients looked really dry and the pizza was not very appetizing. Sadly to say, I won’t be back. Restaurant was clean though. Also, if you have a sensitive stomach, STAY AWAY!

Finally a nice Cici’s!!! The manager was doing a great job making sure things were taken care of at front so all the food looked fresh and restocked, the employees were all really nice and friendly, they upgraded their gaming section so it looked really really nice, and most importantly, the food. The food was so good!! Not many Cici’s were doing the cheese bread but they have it here!! Not to mention all the food was just hot and fresh. I’m glad they changed over to the Styrofoam cups because they seem more sanitary and probably saves them from doing more dishes. The cleaning lady was also moving quite a bit there and it looked well kept. If you really want to know how good it is, look at this crowd of people just for a Thursday. That’s not even who was behind me and beside me. I hope this place stays in the same condition because truthfully, this is the best one ove been to and the whole team is doing a great job!

Writing this review for the manager Tim!, everytime me and my wife go and he is working, Tim has everything kept up, and pizza stocked up and tasting well. He is also really nice as well just had to brag about him because he does very well rather than other shifts.

This was the first time since covid began we have been here. It appeared they had new management and they were hustling well. Everything was good and the place was cleaner than when we used to come here before.

It’s been a while since we last were here and everything seems to have changed. One important thing about Cici’s we have always enjoyed is how when you walk in, someone always says “welcome to Cici’s!” We didn’t get that and it wasn’t busy.
There was a completely new staff and management team. Understandable what with the pandemic and all. They seemed to be friendly enough.
The price for 2 seniors used to be $12.00 but is now $16.00…again understandable with inflation and such.
I think the biggest disappointment came from my husband. He usually loves eating there but this time he had only breadsticks. All the pizzas were either BBQ, alfredo, pineapple, or some other weird combination and he won’t eat them. Even the marina sauce he dips his breadsticks into was cold. Whatever happened to making just plain ‘Ole cheese or sausage or pepperoni pizzas?
When I saw what my choices were, I ordered mine special so I, on the other hand, was very pleased with my deep dish with sausage, onion, black olives, and mushroom pizza. My salad was fresh as well.
I have changed my rating from 5 to 4 stars for these reasons.
