on 9/27/2025 i had placed a takeout order LG pizza WELL DONE & some pasta bad experience.. When i got home pizza was cold & soggy & on top of thay i requested WELL DONE & it wasnt all the way cooked was so nasty it wasnt how i wanted nor well done how i requested it. & the pasta was cold & card like its been out for long.. So the next day on 9/28/2025 I went & told the managers what was wrong with the pizza & they replace the LG pizza & took so long like 25 minutes & on top of that I had to wait for the other manager to come in & clock in to work & thats when they gave me my pizza & took that long cause of him..I’m so disappointed cause I had to wait for the other manager to come to work & handed me the pizza himself & the other manager dint told me I had to wait for him or nothing.. he just showed up after 25 minutes past & gave me the pizza.. smh Also he dint had his work uniform he was dressed up normal with shorts & a regular house shirt & some sandals . smh like who comes to work like that & he supposed to be the manager..

Giving 5 starts specifically for the cleanliness. Last time I came the restrooms were smelly and very dirty. I started only picking up my pizza instead of eating in. It’s been a complete 180 switch. The lady that cleans does a very good job and will definitely return.

I went to eat at this location today and I received really good customer service and food! The place was very clean. The restrooms were very clean and smelled nice!! The cleaning lady did a great job! She made us feel at home. I believe her name was Vicky. She should get a raise! She keeps this place super clean! And she treated us like family!

Came in to get the $5.99 buffet deal for Mondays and Tuesdays that is being promoted. She said that the deal is only available on line. I was like what? So I can order the buffet on line? She had no response to my question. I went to the app and had to redeem a $5 reward that I built-up and still paid $8.21.

Everything was so amazing, as soon as I came in the cashier welcomed me with “hi welcome to cicis” and so did the other workers today, everyone was so friendly and they had really good fresh pizza as well as cinnamon rolls, and when I left they all said “bye thank you”. I WILL be coming here again with my kids !

My family and I went during lunch hour. The place was busy. I like that the staff was quick to refill any empty pizza/cheese bread trays so there would be more variety to choose from. My nephew wanted plain cheese pizza, but there wasn’t any on the line, so the worker brought him a personal size cheese pizza.

Went here for a bday party. It was a good time and the staff was kind and attentive when called on. The pizza was ok and the salad items looked reasonably fresh. Id say for a dinner rush the place was reasonably clean. Generally I had a good experence. 4 stars could be 5 if they did some extra work on customer interaction.
