I craved pizza tonight and I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone kept the pizza fresh and everyone there during March 5th @ 7pm asked me what type of pizza I wanted and even refreshed the pasta as well. If this place and the entire crew keep up the consistency on cleaning the areas and having fresh consistent pizza then this location will thrive. I definitely will return here again. Great job staff

Cicis Pizza in Nacogdoches is the BOMB!
Every time we visit, the pizza is always hot, fresh, and delicious. The salad bar is just as impressive…super clean with a great variety of fresh, crisp toppings . The staff is consistently friendly, but today we had the pleasure of meeting Eduardo—he was incredibly professional and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Definitely one of our go-to spots in Nacogdoches!

I did not have a good experience, I came in and had a coupon for a 5.99 buffet, and the receipt said a kids drink which I did not get, I asked to get a kids drink and the man proceeded to tell me since I’m not a kid I could not get a kids drink and I then asked for the water cup, my boyfriend filled his with red juice and the manager watched him fill it watched him drink it then sit the girl to the table to tell us to pay for a big cup, and we did not because our meal was supposed to come with a drink, and then the man comes up to my boyfriend and tells him he watched him fill and drink the red juice and that we needed to pay 3$ for a very small cup that was not even all the way full that he put juice in one time. We have came here twice paid for a buffet and there was not pizza at all maybe 3 pizzas were full and it stayed like that the entire time we were here! I will not ever be coming again!

Update 1/8/26 – This place has so much potential. But the overall experience is so lacking. No pizza variety. They will make one if requested but they just don’t taste that great. There’s very little cheese. When we arrived, there was no hamburger, sausage or cheese pizzas. The salad bar was very limited and not very fresh. The dressings watered down. The ice machine wasn’t working. Ice was stuck in machine so no ice would come out. We mentioned it and finally my husband fixed it. Just doesn’t feel well taken care of. Never returning.
Basically went because I heard there was a salad bar. That was a limited salad bar. No cucumbers, cheese or egg. They were kind to bring me cheese upon request. Pizza just ok. Not a big variety of pizza. There was soup but more broth than anything but tasty broth. Staff friendly. Price reasonable.

There’s no way in hell should I have to come home and put my pizza BACK IN THE OVEN because workers RUSHED my pizza. Dough thick as my thighs. Makes no sense! I used to love cici’s!
Along with workers grabbing cinnamon rolls from the BUFFET that no one ate. Just to send it home with our order.
As faithful pizza lover, I knew that fresh rolls are stuck together. Not pulled apart and ripped how these were.
Stop the laziness and give better quality FOOD.

Fun place to take the kids. Game room was smaller compared to other Cicis’. Special ordered pizza was way larger than other Cicis though. Food was at the correct temperature, and staff was helpful.

When arrived, no pizza on trays. Placed was packed. Waited and then 1 pizza came out. Waited another 15 min or so then 1 more pizza came out. Finally 30 minutes later 2 pizzas came out and 1 tray of bread. Employees were standing around doing nothing. Game room nothing working put in tokens and nothing. Was told sorry we don’t give refunds. Know why I haven’t been back in 3 years. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Well definitely needs a remodel. It was super hot there. Not comfortable while eating. The manager said he would bring us a high chair for my little one, but got distracted talking to his employees. The food is decent. There are a few pizzas that were top notch.

We had my 6 year old grandsons birthday party there. The manager was really accommodating to our needs. Very affordable for a group of 17 people and the staff was very friendly.

Paid $25 sat down and started eating just to get rudely interrupted by an owner or manager or something saying we cant share a drink. My boyfriend took one sip and the guy hawked us down. ONE SIP of my drink. Then proceeded to tell us that it is against the rules to share drinks. He. Had. One. Sip. And even then i am a paying customer who still paid for that drink i can do what i please with that drink. Had us pay $2.50 for another drink that was barely even touched because he wasnt that thirsty hence why he had ONE SIP of mine. Money hungry dip sticks is what this place is. No where on the building does it say that you cant share a drink. All i can say is if you want a dinner date dont come here unless you want to get watched like a hawk and interrupted, food was okay tho a bit cold but to be expected from a buffet. Just that dude is creepy.
