We were greeted by a very welcoming staff to name a few from the cashier Luis, Claudia in the kitchen who asked US ff we wanted anything in particular on the buffet line, to Casandra who came bv our table to make surewe didn’t need anything several times. My first time ever coming into this cicis, And when I walked in the two Ladies just stared at me up and down with no welcome in no smiles, Just mean mugs, the Cashier was super sweet and different from the two ladies just chitchatting about Instagram. Then she asked me a question but yelling, I did not feel like answering her. So rude
When we try to get our food, food was Soggy, and Looks like it’s just been sitting there. They do not bring out fresh food, We waited 35 minutes for a pizza to be made fresh. These spoons were all disgusting, They were all dirty , The place is just a mess. They do not clean the fountain area, It was all sticky. The food was not it. I really recommend going to a different cicis . This was my first time and I will not be coming back To this location. Ladies at this location are just so messy and rude .

The GM Samantha was absolutely amazing!! We wanted to take our cross country team out to eat after the District Meet. I went to another Cicis in the city and they would not accommodate us for the price we were asking. Came to this location and Samantha took great care of us!! She is absolutely incredible!! I look forward to having more team outings at this location!! Thank you so much Samantha!!

We’ve always enjoyed the food and service at this location, and it’s been our go-to because it’s close to home. Unfortunately, after our recent visit, we’ll be going to the Ferguson location from now on.
1. My husband and kids arrived before I did and ordered a pizza. The employee never wrote the order down, so I had to remind them twice. By the time the pizza finally came out, we were already ready to leave.
2. My son found a hair on his pizza, extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
3. The restaurant was noticeably dirty, and when we mentioned it, the excuse given was that they had a new bus boy. That’s not an excuse for poor cleanliness or management.
Overall, this experience was very unpleasant. Poor service, unsanitary conditions, and lack of accountability from management. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning to this location.

Whoever the owner is please check on your employees. My husband & I took our boys to eat here and the manager Samantha decided to have a one on one with an employee named Lauren right behind our booth. I felt sad for the lady because the way Samantha (GM) belittled her was wrong. Lauren barely spoke and you could tell by her tone she felt undermined and uncomfortable. The manager basically threatened her by saying to watch what she said because at the end of the day anything she said would get back to her. Very condescending didn’t empathize with how the employee felt disrespected and she might of caused trouble because of it. She also mentioned how she only had a few kids working there, but only cause she could control them. Yeah I was baffled. She needs to pay attention to the quality that is being served because the pizza was old and hard the employees were on their phone and no hairnets were being worn. Anyone can have a tittle of a GM but rarely do you find those who actually follow through on their role and true leadership traits. Do better please train your leaders.

The pizza is definitely not what I expected when it comes to taste-wise maybe because I haven’t been to Cicis in years but definitely won’t be going back, for a family of four it was $57 I was like What.? When it comes to kids’ buffet it should be at least till 12 years old. It is cheaper to order a pizza from Little Caesars or Pizza Inn or a different place for a better-tasting pizza. The pasta sauces are not good, better bought from a jar than what they have there. The service was good and it was clean that will is definitely a plus.

Worst experience ever last Sunday we went there there were only 3 pizzas out, the baby high chair was filthy, and I witnessed the guy in the back putting toppings on the pizzas with no gloves. Not only that but when I requested a thick crust cheese pizza with the marina sauce they set out a thin pizza with nothing but cheese (no sauce) and they didn’t even call out that it was ready.
