First off, ROACHES. Yes, plural. That alone should shut a place down, but somehow it got worse. The dining area was filthy — tables covered in crumbs and grease. No staff bothered to clean them, so I had to wipe down my own table just to sit. Absolutely disgusting.
The bathrooms were revolting. The smell alone was enough to make you lose your appetite. Trying to eat while that odor lingered in the air is beyond me. Completely unacceptable and unsanitary.
The manager was completely unprofessional and dismissive. Any “social request” like personal pizzas? Refused. We paid for 10 people, waited around 20 minutes, and there was no fresh pizza coming out at all. Empty trays everywhere.
Then it got even more ridiculous. I requested a personal pasta and was told to do it myself. I genuinely couldn’t tell if the manager was joking or actually expecting me to go in the back and put food in the oven. Either way, that behavior is unacceptable for a manager — or anyone in the food industry.
Between the roaches, disgusting bathrooms, dirty restaurant, lack of food, and rude staff, this place is a complete failure.
10/10 would NOT recommend.
Will never return.
Beyond disappointed in the service, food quality, and overall restaurant standards.
They should let this old man, take care of the plates, do the Register and the Young guys do his Job.
