great experience. the customer service was excellent. they made whatever pizza we wanted, they were quick to restock things when they were almost gone, and the food was pretty good too! also reasonably priced. my toddlers ate free!

The place is okay, but don’t expect a high-quality budget-friendly pizza buffet. On the positive side, the salads are good and offer a nice variety of greens. The buffet includes pasta with both red and white sauce options, as well as cheese, vegetarian, and non-veg pizza selections. They were even able to make a special-order veggie pizza for us. However, the overall food quality isn’t great, and the restaurant wasn’t kept very clean.

We came in on a whim today to take advantage of their $2.99 buffet coupon deal through the app. Despite it being a Saturday night and it being incredibly crowded, they totally knocked it out of the park! The staff was so friendly and helpful despite being extremely busy. The food was coming out so fast that every piece of pizza and every cinnamon roll was fresh, warm and delicious. We were truly blown away at how they kept up with the crowds, got people in quickly and never ran low on food. AWESOME team here in McKinney

Plenty of staff & friendly . Great atmosphere. Definitely rotated fresh and variety of pizzas and desserts! Some cicis only have 3 pizzas and one dessert out but this place did it properly, 10 different types of pizzas & FOUR desserts at a time. How it should be! So glad I drove 25. Min. For great food, especially for $5! (Monday Tuesdays only- for those of us who subscribe email to cicis). Clean bathrooms.

The food was great and very fresh, but our experience took a disturbing turn. We were seated directly in front of the women’s restroom for about an hour, and right as we were getting ready to leave, a grown man walked out of the women’s restroom. The manager went to check, and a child then came out — meaning this man had been in the women’s restroom the entire time while little girls and women were going in and out.
What shocked us even more was that the manager didn’t address the situation or ask the man to leave. He just went back to his table like nothing happened.
My family left immediately, and we will not be returning.

Hideaway Storage
One of the main ingredients of pizza is cheese. The Pizza barely had any cheese on it. The cinnamon rolls were under cooked. The best dish was the apple pie pizza.

My last visit to CiCis. $28 for 2 people is insulting. Nothing more to even say.
The place was disgusting. Counters dirty and unorganized, gross spills. My friend got food poisoning and had an accident in Best Buy after we left. It was humiliating for her and im ashamed I caused it by taking her there.
The comment on my review is superficial and they will do nothing regardless. All anyone cares about anymore is profit and dollars.
Thr bones are going to be their money soon. The bones are their dollars.

It’s a typical CiCi’s but this one in McKinney is better than most others. Staff does a VERY good job keeping it clean in spite of all the crowds and the slobs doing their best to trash the place. As usual, the pizza is sparsely topped, salad bar is presentable.
