My son and I have been coming here for a few years and have never had issues. The staff and GM are always so friendly. Today, I had a minor issue with the card reader in the game room, and the GM came to assist right away. The BBQ pork pizza is our favorite, and it was made fresh to order quickly. It was a wonderful way to celebrate my son’s birthday with his favorite food. Thank you guys for making his day special!

I hadn’t been in a Cicis in years. My 6 year old grandson asked to go. The kids love the pizza, in actuality it’s very mediocre. However the salad bar was clean and fresh, so I got a decent meal. Frankly I enjoyed it more than I expected

I visited CiCi’s Pizza – Memorial & 91st today with my grandkids and had a really disappointing experience.
The cashier tried to charge me full kids’ buffet price for my one-year-old grandchild, who obviously does not eat pizza, salad, or desserts. When I politely explained that I would not be paying full price for a one-year-old, she immediately got an attitude, slammed the computer, canceled the transaction, and walked away without saying thank you or sorry. The customer service was absolutely terrible.
I brought this issue to the manager’s attention, and he did nothing. He walked right past her and didn’t address the situation at all. That alone shows very poor management.
On top of that, the salad bar was disgusting. The salad was clearly not fresh. The beets smelled moldy, and the carrots looked dried out like they had been sitting for days. I honestly don’t know how long that food had been out, but it was not edible.
The pizza itself was fine, but between the rude staff, lack of management, and the gross salad bar, this was a terrible experience overall. I will not be returning to this location again.

This rating is specifically for Destiny P. Her service is amazing even though she was busy with a mountain of pizza boxes she made sure we had what we needed and told me to let her know if we need anything specially made. I took my son to cicis after bball practice not realizing that his finger had been jammed by the ball and it was swelling up. I asked her if she had a bag that I could put ice in and she offered a cold pack from the first aid kit. That didn’t work how we expected so she gave me a couple of bags for ice. Later she brought the cold pack to us because she was able to activate the coldness. As I was getting food she told me fresh cinnamon rolls would be out in a few minutes but since I already put them in the plate it was fine and I took those. 3 minutes later destiny was bringing fresh ones to the table. Service like this goes a long way and I truly appreciate her for being so helpful. Even my son was like mom she’s nice. I definitely give her 10 stars

Love the people here super nice place to eat + hang. The ply disney on the tvs. game room is amazing. we have gone there so many times that we have over 40 game cards. on the way to get the pokemon box.

The Macaseoh pizza was very delicious. The buffet line was constantly replenished and I was able to see workers monitoring food temperatures on the line. This is a great location and the price of the pizza buffet was amazing.

We came in right at noon. There was very few pizzas on the buffet. The pizza that was on the buffet was noticeable old. It took them over 15 min to put cheese sticks up and I had to ask for several pizza to be made. The staff acted like it was an inconveniences to make some more pizza. The brownies that we there were so old that you couldnt cut them with a fork or even break them on the table. They were clearly for the night before. The staff was to busy worried about a catering order or the staff that wasn’t helping with that was too busy talking. This is not the first time I have been into this location that it’s been like this.

I can’t express how fantastic our experience was here today at lunch. Took 4 teen grandkids and they ate and played games and had a wonderful experience! The manager was very polite, professional and friendly! We will definitely be back again! Even made me my own taco pizza!

Exactly how I recall cics pizza. Quality is decent and a great way to try pizza varieties you probably would never order. Very similar to other chains buffet style pizza. Salad bar was decent. This is a very busy place most evenings. Big game room in the back.
