My 3 year old and me came here for lunch while waiting for my husband. We got there just a few minutes after they opened. They have plenty of seating to choose from. The food was hot and ready to go on the buffet. The staff were super friendly. The arcade is pretty cool and a nice way to kill some time. Overall my 3 year old had fun

We went there on Saturday night to celebrate a birthday after eating we were enjoying the fun zone. Everyone was all taking turns trying to win the Xbox in the key master game after a little while I had decided I would give it a try. After a few try’s the key actually went through all the way and was actually touching the box the Xbox was in everyone who was watching all got excited because I had just won. Instead of the key rotating and pulling the lever to release the mechanism to drop the Xbox it pulled all the way back out and then decided it would spin. I’m so aggravated about this I’m even contemplating contacting an attorney about it. There was a lot of witnesses who even saw it. Do Not play the key master game it is a big scam to steal your money.

I cannot believe anyone would whine about this place as the pizza is good and so are all the other options. My favorites are the buffalo chicken and the pizza with the BBQ sauce. Of course the desert pizza is amazing. For the price there is nothing better. If you want to spend 4 times the amount then go somewhere else, but for 9.99 an adult it is perfect!!

We drove 35 minutes south to get to this location. The only other one is in South County, and it’s not worth anyone’s time. This place was refreshing. The employees were so friendly and accommodating. The place is clean and the food was fresh. My kids loved the games. I loved that they allowed me to order my own pizza for the table. Worth the drive and we love the Farmington area.

Pizza is good. 7 year old really loves your pizza. Husband loves your salad bar. We love the new virtual reality coaster. Atmosphere gets one down star because there was a domestic dispute taking place and no one was intervening and it was causing a scene in front of children and customers. We are glad to have an affordable and tasty place here.

Service was very good. Very quick with new pizzas and special order pizzas. My only issue is the restroom smelled like it hasn’t been cleaned in awhile with many flies flying around.

It’s what you’d expect. It’s cheap. The game room is small but my only real complaint is they act like it physically pains them to make anything but the same the pizzas they keep on the buffet. No one wants macaroni on their pizza it probably wouldn’t kill you to put out a special with actual toppings.

I wouldn’t know how the food was i took my family in and was immediately caught off guard by the staff looking at there watching 24 minutes before closing the had everything put away seemed very frustrated and yelled across the restraunt that they needed to pull dishes back out it would be awhile honestly I won’t ever bring my family back again . I remember when the place was packed, the food was hot and fresh and they cleared the tables for you. Now it’s empty at the lunch rush and for good reason. It’s not just here but every CiCi’s across American is the same. Old dry pizza and desert and room temperature. No selection anymore just grab what you can and if you are lucky something fresh may, stress may be put out while you are there. Well once again I leave CiCi’s disappointed. Good reason that I only eat here twice a year. To be frank the gas station pizza is much better.
