First off, this is one of many chipotles I have been to and this location takes the cake of being the dirtiest, worst chipotle location. Every time I have come here my food has had an off taste, normally I just brush it off and say whatever. Today was different. I got a bowl and the contents of the bowl tasted sour. I don’t know why, but the rice was sour, the tomatoes tasted like they weren’t ripe, something was just off. then I also got chips and guac. Chips were stale and old, and lacked freshness. And when i dipped into my guac tell me why I found a big chunk of avocado skin in the guac. Not to mention when I came into this chipotle location it was a disaster, and disgusting. Safe to say I will not be back at this location until something changes around there (I’m sure nothing will change since the workers are lazy and management seems to be just as bad).

Sitting outside writing this review while more people are being turned away or walking in and turning around walking out. We came in at 915, and everything was being put up. What was there looked old/dried up. The black beans looked like they formed a thick crust and when we asked if they had black beans, they said, “no, we don’t have more black beans.”. There were 4 people behind us, and then a group of 12-15 people walked in, and a manager asked if there were “many more of you” because “we have no chicken, no barbacoa, no brown rice, and no of something else. The serving area was disgusting. The servers were slow; the cashier was the only person who had quickness to her. As I’m finisthis post in their parking lot at 930, 4 people have walked in and back out. Terrible service—will not visit this location again.

Great food for the price. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for something to take home or on the go as well. I enjoy making the combinations of food in a bowl or burrito.

Went at 7:30p on a Saturday, and was not told in advance they were out of multiple things. Overall the food was crusty/not fresh. When I asked for cheese I was told they were out. I asked how long it would be they said not today. And then after I paid I clearly saw cheese in a different area, and when I asked about it I was told that they couldn’t cross between take out/dine in and online. And then as my friend was waiting for fajita veggies that never came, an employee working the ‘online station’ crossed over to the take out/dine in line to add to a bowl from there. The staff was in general very rude. And ultimately my friend who is a vegetarian left without her bowl because there would have been so many things missing from it that it wasn’t worth the cost and apparently unknown time it was going to take to get at least the fajita veggies. Would not recommend this location.

My food was fine but I order pickup for 6:50pm and the store told the app that it was done at 6:50pm. When I went in they hadn’t started making it, they began making my food at 7:09 and got it to me at 7:20pm. I tried to reach out to Chipotle through the app and through email and cant get through because the order was marked done when it wasnt. My biggest issue is the lying and the inability to speak with someone.

Food was fresh and good, service at counter was great and with excellentattitudes, and smiles. We had to wait on both rice and chicken to be prepared and stocked. Not too long, but long enough for some in line to notice. I’ll be back!

Things have changed. I’ve had great experiences here the last few times.

I stopped going here awhile back because it’s seemed like kids were running the place and didn’t care about food or service. I always felt like I was putting them out just by ordering food.

Now it appears there’s a new evening manager (Dawn I think). She’s been really nice at the register and it’s seemed to rub off on the employees. The younger folks working here now have been great. This is now back in my weekly rotation.

I will go here about once a month. It’s always been a bit poor on food, service and amounts. This time did it for me. Never will go back. They were out of ice, the food server keep bouncing back and forth not helping, and letting food just sit there so it was cold, then the amount of meat you get is a joke!! He picked it up with tongs, knocked most of the meat off, it wasn’t hardly any I got, I questioned the amount of meat I got, like maybe a spoon worth. Then He showed me a cup that looked like you would stick ketchup in it for fries and said this is the amount of meat you get this small plastic cup that looks like a ounce, I even went on the website handbook and protein servings are supposed to be 4 ounces. Well I can tell you it wasn’t 4 ounces. Maybe 2 ounces max at best. I asked for more he said he will have to charge me more, I said forget it. By the time I got the bowl it was like half full, not even to the ledge like other places, or higher usually, then got my drink at the machine had that had no ice, warm drink, the money you pay for this is high already, then terrible service, cold food, warm drinks, and hardly any ingredients. Really people!! I can’t believe this place is open, I’ll never go back! If you’re the owner of this place or manager how pathetic. See my pic, no meat and was like soup, watery, cold and hardly any protein, Then there was a hard substance almost broke my tooth on, then the long thing was disgusting, that was hard also, almost like a corn stalk hard non chewable piece of something. Plus No substance amount of ingredients. For almost $15.00 I can go anywhere else and even a combo meal for that matter with a side and a drink. Me and my buddy always came during lunch, we both said never again. You lost 2 customers. And I’m still debating on calling the health dept! I had foreign pieces in my food people, Disgusting..see napkin pic.

Came in to pick up dinner at 4:20 PM on 10/01/2025. I walked in right behind two people that were together and we were the only ones in line. Despite four employees being in the restaurant that we could see, no one greeted us and no one offered to take our order. After everyone looking around for five minutes and watching the employees walk around doing things besides helping customers, I turned around and left. As I was leaving, there were another three people in line waiting. Can’t read the food because I didn’t get any. In the past, the food is always been decent. I will not be coming back to that location. A simple breeding and letting us know they’ll be right with us would’ve gone a long way in this situation.

I don’t like getting on here to write negative reviews, but I consistently have a bad experience at this location. The staff either doesn’t listen or is too busy listening to the music in their earbuds. I highly recommend this location if you like repeating yourself 5-6 times, receiving the wrong items, or being served by individuals who clearly do not care about food safety.
