Sandy deserves a raise, a trophy, and possibly her own fan club.
She was so unbelievably friendly and welcoming that she made us feel like family the second we walked in. Genuinely kind, super interactive, and clearly treats her staff with respect—which says a lot. Six months later and I still remember her name, so that should tell you something.
My daughter is in the military and was home on leave, and Sandy made her feel so appreciated and proud of her service. That meant more to us than she probably realizes. My older kids loved her too—everyone walked out smiling. Honestly, I kind of wish Sandy was my mom.
The food? Absolutely perfect. Everything was hot, full, fresh, and exactly how it should be. No empty pans, no lukewarm pizza—just on point across the board.
This was one of those rare experiences where everything was perfect, and it was 100% because of Sandy. We will remember her kindness for a long time.

Still a 10/10 experience. Sandy is just as wonderful as I remembered. While we were standing in line she was talking with my daughter so sweetly and kindly that it honestly felt like we had just brought the kids to see grandma at work. It was such a genuine moment and it honestly made me a little emotional. She truly has a heart of gold. Buffet still amazing!

Horrible food! Disgusting, dirty bathrooms with toilet paper all over the floor and leaking toilet! It was pouring water out like a fountain when you flush it. When I brought it the workers attention and the manager, she just blew me off! Noodle-less chicken NOODLE soup. Over priced joke!

We went by for lunch today and our experience was pretty good. We love cicis so we try to stop by when we are in the area. Although it was busy, the kitchen staff were going doing well with putting our fresh pizza. My review is mostly based on the woman at the cash register and one of the other workers. An older woman came in alone while we were eating our food and they went out of their way to make her comfortable. She had mobility issues so they made sure she got her food and drink without her having to leave her seat. It was so refreshing to see something so sweet.

The most unfriendly place!! As a tourist I was so excited to see a Ci Ci’s pizza cause of closed where I’m from, but man the food and level of service was the WORST I experienced while in pigeon forge!! I simply asked for a specialty pizza the guy with the red manager shirt stared at me with no emotion and said no we don’t do that!! Ok well No I will never eat there again! Plenty of other places for me to choose to spend my money! The manager red shirt with long dreadlocks or braids at around 6pm on January 18 acted like he didn’t want to be there and didn’t care about service! No problem!! Will not be back thanks to his attitude and lack of service. The sign says don’t see what you like we will make it we’ll sign must not be for everyone I guess!! I hope others read this and consider not going there also!

Was very excited to see one still open in Tennessee. Not fancy at all, but you can walk in and tell them exactly what you like. I always order a thin square with pepper and onion on it, and they make it up for me as part of the buffet for free. There’s also chicken noodle soup and a salad bar and even a couple dessert. I always have to have the cinnamon bun. My boyfriend always have to have the brownies. I think we paid $16 ahead but include everything and we ate way too much pizza. I would definitely go back again

I appreciated so much that when I could not find a pizza i wanted on the buffet, they made what I wanted and it was out in less than 10 minutes! Everything was fresh and warm. And the dessert puzza were delicious. Staff were very kind and helpful. And at $10.99 for an all- you-can-eat buffet… it was priced right!

Very large Cici’s. Can definitely accommodate a youth group or larger family without any issue.
Thought the kitchen could have done better keeping a selection of pizza when they are busy. Also keeping ice in the machine.

Had lunch with my wife yesterday. Reasonably priced buffet. Pizza was sub par at best. The place could use a good cleaning. It has a very used feeling and look. Small salad bar. Friendly staff. Overall a good cleaning and better pizza would be a plus.

When we first got there the food was alright, but once they started putting more pizza out is was fresh! Reminds me of when I was younger and would go all the time!! WARNING!!! The cinnamon rolls do not taste the same as they used to!!

Went in for lunch this afternoon at Cici’s pizza. The price is reasonable for an all you can eat pizza buffet. The girl at the register was very nice. This was probably the dirtiest restaurant I’ve ever eaten in. All the tables were absolutely filthy. I had to get the cleaning spray and a towel and wash our booth down. Most of the tables were filthy and covered in previous guests food. The windows and entrance door you didn’t even want to touch. Trash and food was all over the floors. The dish bins at the trash cans were overflowing. After we cleaned everything we went up to get our food. The pizza was actually pretty good. The supreme was good, the sausage was good and the bbq chicken was very good. The kids loved the cheese pizza a lot. The danish apple dessert pizza is seriously good as well as the chocolate Oreo cookie pizza. As always the cinnamon pizza crust rolls are fantastic. We enjoyed the food but were completely grossed out by the condition of the restaurant. A real turn off when your eating. We went into the gaming area after we ate and it was filthy as well. Really had reservations about letting the kids play in there. When we left we alcohol wiped down the kids. The food is good but you need to decide if you can handle the filth. It’s really bad but we did enjoy the pizza. Definitely bring hand sanitizer with you if you go.
