**Be aware: You are not able to enter past the cash register if you are not eating. Also the entire party has to be paid for before entering. I know there was some fuss being made while we were here about this. It’s the company policy and nothing the workers can do about it.
With that being said, This is probably the cleanest Cici’s I have ever been to!
The variety on the bar: salad, pizza, pasta & dessert is good! They have something for everyone. The value was good too!! When we went it was a slower time but they kept the pizzas coming and everything was hot & delicious!

Ordered a fresh pizza because the buffet had flies and looked a day old. Paid. Making me a paying customer. Sat down and ate a slice when a manager came out to tell us we could not eat our pizza in the EMPTY restaurant

They are VERY strict on the buffet! Unless you pay for the buffet, you can not eat inside. I didn’t know this and had ordered some cheesesticks and a drink, and the rest of my group got the buffet, and they wouldn’t let me sit with them inside unless I also paid for the buffet. I asked if they could make an exception because i dont eat pizza and had already ordered the cheesesticks but I was told no, so I just went ahead and paid the extra money for the buffet so it wouldn’t cause any problems and I could be with my group. But it was crazy in my opinion. Also, they won’t allow half of your group to go ahead and sit down and get situated while you order/pay. Which makes things difficult for large groups of families with young children. I saw quite a few people get upset over this while we were there. Basically, you can not enter until you pay for the buffet. Aside from that inconvenience, the food is very good, the people are friendly but strict, the place is pretty clean, be aware the chair legs stick out a little bulky and weird and can be a tripping hazard for children. If we ever go back, I’ll be prepared to just buy the buffet instead of ordering anything.

For the price you can’t beat it. They’ll make any pizza you like at request if they can. I enjoy the salad bar myself. Spaghetti and pasta is good as well. Plus it’s located on the far end of town near the National Park, so it’s easier to get in and out of. And no you can’t eat here then leave your car to explore town, they WILL TOW IT.

Sometimes you just find yourself craving an absurd amount of pizza. When that happens, I recommend Cici’s. Especially this one.
The restaurant itself was very clean. The pizzas just keep on coming out. If you don’t see one you like, you can request any including flatbreads, and the cooks will whip it up for you.
Dessert is always a must. From the ooey gooey cinnamon rolls to the sweet apple pie pizza to the doughy brownies.
It’s an affordable buffet which is perfect for when you’d rather spend your money elsewhere but don’t want to skimp on the quality of your meals.

I give it a 4 stars only because they didn’t have Hawaiian pizza. I was excited to see a Cicis pizza in the area since I haven’t been to one since I lived in Florida when I was 8.
The staff was friendly the area was clean. The food was good I mean you can’t beat a $10.99 buffet. They had a Nashville pizza which was spicy but it was good. The cinnamon rolls are still a hit!

It was my daughters birthday and she wanted Cicis pizza. The staff was very nice and friendly with my kids. I must say this was one of the cleanest Cici’s pizza I’ve been in to date. The pizza is pretty good and the girl working was willing to make any style we wanted. She made my daughter a dutch apple dessert pizza. The supreme pizza I ate was really good. I’d say my daughter was very satisfied with her birthday pick. I would definitely recommend this location. Much better than the Pigeon Forge location. Great staff, clean and good pizza.

Great for what it is! A quick & affordable salad , pizza & pasta buffet! But if you would rather order off their menu, that’s OK too! We grew up going to the Cicis pizza chain! This location has a kind staff who keep the place clean. If there is something on the buffet you would like, you can request a pizza to be made! They even have brownies, cinnamon rolls & dessert pizzas on the buffet!
