Upon arriving at the CiCi’s in Foley, AL, we were not greeted by the young lady at the register. I was with my daughter, small son, small grandson. After picking them up from school, and having a good day… this was their surprise. The boys had an icee from Circle K down the street, and decided to bring in. We have free will, last time I woke up! However, we were insulted…with the cashier asking one of the other workers which was a guy, “can they bring their cups in”? As if we are in preschool! And he responded in front of us, “yeah, as long as they don’t take to drink fountain and fill their cups up” I was taken! I really tried to keep my composure, because I don’t steal anything, and surely don’t go in places I can’t afford! I don’t have a desire to steal anything from CiCis pizza, let alone a drink for my babies! I proceeded to say “ we can bring whatever we desire to drink in any establishment for our boys” we don’t need anyone permission. That was rude, and then she proceeds to tell me that he is not the manager, and ring us up! Well there is a special and the total was much higher, and I asked her to explain what she had me being charged for, I also requested water and the boys drink cup comes with their Buffett, bc she asked were they still needing them!! She proceeds to tell me she rung me and my daughter up for 2 drinks, let me add, my daughter also had her drink from the car! And I told her to take the 2 drinks off, (adult drinks) after she continued to pretend my total was correct! Afterwards she asked this same employee, do we have fountain water? And he stated No, and she asked me if I wanted bottle water, I told her no thank you and have a good day! Simply she didn’t ask if I wanted a drink, before proceeding to charge me, I surely don’t need you asking me if I wanted bottle water a bottle water, just so you can feel better by me paying for something to drink! The reason for my review is simply to get this company to do an inservice on customer service and it shouldn’t vary based on your ethnicity!!!!! Ring people up only for what they ask you, and offer anything else prior to ringing it up! Smile and greet all customers! My God! I gave a four on the environment, because it was cleaner than others I’ve visited! However, I refuse to spend my money that I worked for anywhere, that I feel discriminated or disrespected! Thank you, spoiled my day and surprise for my boys!!!!!!!

I lOVE LYDIA!!! she brightens up the whole building even when she’s running around doing all her manager duties!! She’s very hard working but still manages to make me my alfredo pizza every time!! i don’t even have to ask for it by name anymore, she knows me and what i like! thank you Lydia!!

The Pizza is great much better than the Daphne location. The employees are nice the restaurant is nice and cool temperature. The furniture needs to be piled in the parking lot and set on fire, most had tears on the seats and the windows need to be washed or replaced. But the food is really good. I heard the owners own the Daphne and mobile locations as well as this one so they have money and need to spend some on new tables and seats.

Usually I would have given 6 start to all above but I was very disappointed today with the food and service. We came in about around 4:30 so we didn’t have to eat the pizzas that have been sitting there for hours and are hard. I can’t chew them with my denture. I requested a Spinach pizza as I had the last time I
Was in and it was the only pizza I was able to eat that was hot while we were there. Usually the girl starts throwing away the hard pizzas that have been sitting all day and puts fresh ones out at 5 for the dinner crowd. There were only fresh hot pizza sticks made and a pan pizza for a customer who requested it. The brownies were hard and dried up. I saw a new pan of brownies being brought out and I stood up to get one but they took the dried up brownies and put them on a round pizza pan and took the fresh baked ones and put them back. I asked an employee about the getting a fresh one and he was told those were the brownies, the stale ones. Apparently the new young guys working there now are only interested in getting rid of the stale hard pizzas and desserts before they put out fresh ones.

My favorite Cicis in the area! The staff are very attentive and always make excellent pizzas for this type of chain. The inside is very clean and well taken care off. The bathrooms are clean as well. Really no complaints at all, definitely will be back!!

Good pizza at a reasonable price. You should note that you can not get a glass for water. They now only have bottled water. But they are not price gouging like most restaurants. It’s only $0.79!

This place has been around since my childhood. All of it close to my childhood memories. They got hit hard with demand on opening based on when we got there, but they started cranking out the pizzas and calling out when they are up.
Not docking stars for these below points but my recommendation is to fix them, somehow.
The only thing that is starkly different but still okay is the apple desert pizza. It is tradition to save room for a slice or two to end cap the buffet splurge. When I was a kid it had cinnamon apple pie filling as a part of the sauce but that is missing. Only thing that gives a hint of its past self is the cinnamon crumbs. The sauce I gather is only vanilla pudding which make a decent custard pastry sauce but it is not really apple pizza anymore.
Also I don’t remember if it the bathroom was as slippery back then but if my hand was not still on the door when stepping in I would have busted it hard. Straight up near frictionless in there.

My family and i ate there today with our sons friend and JR the store manager made sure we was taken care of and completely satisfied. He made sure any special orders or requests were made and there was good and hot pizza on the Buffett. He was very professional and courteous. Restaurant was very clean and the staff was very helpful and on top of things and very friendly.

Kaitlin was absolutely the most amazing manager I’ve ever seen at a Cicis before. She went above and beyond for EVERY customer to make their experience the best possible. She waved and smiled and said goodbye every time. She helped kids with their food, made sure everything was fresh and had special pizza made immediately! Whatever you do…. don’t loose her!!! Mona, Henry, and James were also amazing, following their manager and doing whatever was asked with a smile on their face. Picking up garbage that most people would overlook.
