Fantastic Experience at CiCi’s!
CiCi’s has always been my son’s favorite restaurant, and we were disappointed when our local Fort Walton Beach location closed a few years ago. So, when we planned a getaway to PCB, he was most excited about visiting CiCi’s again—and this location did not disappoint!
The restaurant was much larger than the one we used to go to, very clean, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the pizza selection was great. We were really impressed with how nice the interior was. It was definitely the highlight of my son’s day!
Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a great, family-friendly pizza experience. We’ll definitely be back!

My receipt says 21.53 but somehow they charged my card 25.91. Total fraud BE CAREFUL. I called up there and the lady just said I don’t know, maybe they added a tip after I left not sure but be careful.

I ordered a pizza for delivery. I ordered the half & half and paid extra for the toppings I wanted on the left side. When it arrived, only two slices had toppings on them. I called them and was met with an employee with an attitude, stating that she made it and there was nothing wrong with it. She said I have to call corporate without any apologies or any effort to fix the issue.
Edit: Cici’s hasn’t reached out beyond leaving this comment even though I have tried reaching out to them. Poor customer service.

Very disappointing experience at this C.C.’s Pizza location. My husband and I each had a coupon and were paying separately, but the cashier combined our orders and flatly refused to split the check when I politely asked. She kept interrupting me and still charged us $17 on one order despite our two valid coupons. She told me I didnt know what I was talking about.
Her behavior was rude and unprofessional, and this is not the first bad interaction I’ve had with this employee. This is especially upsetting because C.C.’s has sentimental value to me, and my last two visits have completely ruined that experience. I will not be returning to this location

Friday, February 6 2026 myself and my family came in two adults three children. I’ve been in the food industry for 10+ years.. It was 9 PM Store closing time is 10 PM And we were treated as if we walked in five minutes before close. Most of the ladies in there were pretty nice /neutral but the young lady that took my money was clearly aggravated We were there, then she told my niece 7yo she couldn’t make her own salad. I asked why and her response was “she will make a mess. “ She actually hurt my nieces feelings and this establishment is targeted for children so the fact we were treated as if we were weren’t even wanted there really ticked me off. Things almost got ugly bc don’t mess with my niece.

Over priced for the poor selection. We just loved being ignored by the employees. 1 lady told us thanks for coming. We also witnessed employees standing by the food bar talking with nothing on their heads. Glad we had already gotten food. At least it was clean.

My fiance and I went Saturday night and the cashier behind the counter was very rude. I am deaf in my left ear and I didnt hear her the first time she spoke so she felt the need to yell at me. She was not only rude to me but to the family behind us as well. The food was overall good but definitely a terrible customer service experience for us

It was a clean Cicis so that was nice. I feel like some of the food and desserts were sitting a little longer than they should have based on the taste and quality we are use to from other locations . Staff was friendly enough . Adults are $9.99 plus drink fee kids are $5.99

From a child all the way up to my teenage years I thought this place was so amazing but now that I’m older I guess it’s just disgusting. The whole entire staff were very friendly had no problem making special to pizzas.
