Cicis Pizza, well for me, it’s one of the best pizza we ever eat, the fast food restaurant is always clean and more experience, you can get any pizza you want and enjoy eating, every employee are always nice and humble when buying it, all the customers are relax, quiet, and happy. Normally I would give 5 stars but this morning’s experience was horrible. Actually writing this while still at the table because of it. Normally when we come in for lunch this very nice woman greets us. Today it was a different woman who just has a poor attitude. Was angry we didnt tell her we had the app to scan and she had to cancel the pin pad transaction to scan it. We were told previously they wait to be asked about the dessert pizza before making it so we asked and she snapped back “its coming!” not warm or welcoming. very cold and rbf attitude the entire time. very disappointed

It was mediocre, as expected. Not sure why I so excited at the mention of going here, as Cece’s has fallen off in the past years. It could be argued that the food is filling for it’s price, but that’s unless you can eat at least eight slices. Which I triumphantly managed to achieve this time, despite usually getting full easily. Mid, but definitely got my money’s worth. That being said I don’t believe I’ll ever be returning again. But before I end this review, here’s a mini review on everything I had:
BBQ chicken onion pizza : 3/10. Weird taste
Cheese pizza : Solid 7/10. Very cheesey and stretchy
Cheese bread : Crunchy. Soft. 7/10
Spinach pizza : Strong spinach taste. Creamy. 5/10
Veggie pizza. 4/10. Not bad but not the best
Macaroni pizza : Macaroni slightly dry and rubbery. Chewy. 4/10
Chocolate brownie cake : 6/10 Chocolatey, fluffy, and sweet
New chocolate dessert (???) 2/10 Rubbery. Somewhat tasteless, has a weird “chocolate” taste. Seems like a failed attempt at a chocolate cinnamon stick.
Apple (custard??) dessert slice : 5/10 Soft, sweet, good apple taste
Apple pie slice : Delicious apple filling. Sweet and creamy, slightly chewy crust 5.5/10
Cinnamon bun : 4/10 Somewhat soft, not very sweet. Crispy edges. Chewy.
Cinnamon bun with Icing : 4.5/10 Soft, sweet, slightly gooey

I love cicis! It’s something about the salad bar I can’t get over. And they will make any pizza you ask them for. Breadsticks are good and the little cinnamon dessert they have!

Dinner rush was very very hectic. Its not necessarily any of the staffs fault, they all seemed to be working really hard. However every time I got up to the buffet there was like next to no pizza left, and it was quite messy. For a short while the line to just pay and get was practically out the door. At least the pizza I WAS getting was hot due to them quickly trying to get fresh stuff out but, yeah. All in all, not bad, but not great. Its kinda worth it for the insanely good price on Monday/Tuesday.

Soda machine has all towels under it cause it leaks but the soda tasted fine and the machine looked clean otherwise. There was always someone cleaning dining room and got pizza was always going out.

The manager Mayra was trying to charge us full price even though on the website it says 6.99 buffet until February 10…. She said if we wanted that price we needed to have a coupon …. Like the Cicis website says that’s the price until Feb 10… she told the same thing to the people behind us … so I pulled up the website. She did eventually honor the price but it’s ridiculous that she demanded to see a coupon that doesn’t exist

This Cici’s is usually very good, but our visit was alittle ‘off’ today. The fresh options of pizzas were not as kept up with the demand and the pasta noodles were not refreshed until we were near leaving. Hoping next trip will be better!

The food is ok but, not fabulous. The regular pizza moves like cheese and pepperoni are best move. The floors need cleaned. The seating area had dirty tables and food and straw papers on the floor. They finally had someone cleaning but floor still ignored.$9.99 for buffet plus drink $2.79 I wouldn’t recommend.
