Amazingly great pizza. Hot, fresh and was good. Not premier but really good and tasty. It was good to have a decent salad bar also. It was clean and all the food was fresh. Great experience.

It’s pizza on a budget and it does the job in flavor and appeal. Honestly this is a “to eat immediately” kinda recipe!
DO NOT and I mean DO NOT think you will get half the flavor or texture the next day.
However with some seasonings and some doctoring up along with an air fryer you could accomplished something
The only minor frustration was the grab and go function i like failed. Overall its minor, I was helped by a nice associate pretty immediately.

2 adults 4 kids but was charged for 4 kids and 4 adults BUT manager was very helpful and apologetic in issuing a refund for the overage. The arcade is small but half of the games didn’t even work. My biggest problem was the uncleanliness. I tried 3 hand sanitizer stations on the walls and all were empty so I went to the restroom (women’s) and the soap dispenser in the restroom was empty as well. Every table was dirty with crumbs and food. I had to literally get my own rag and wipe down my table and chairs so we could sit. The drink station was full of ice and water all over the place. The sanitation station was dirty with food and trash that didn’t make it into the trashcan. Food was A-1 though! Fresh, hot, and tasted great. Not trying to bash you just telling the truth and offering the suggestion to hire more help or better help. Seems like all the workers were making food no one was on the floor. I even stood in line behind one worker (tall blonde white male) getting a drink and he didn’t seem fazed at all at how dirty it was. Could it have just been a bad day possibly but as a customer who hasn’t been to Cici’s in over a decade the cleanliness was disappointing and not very welcoming.

I stopped in to look at their menu. I had never been inside of a Cicis. They have a buffet right up from near the registers.
Everything looked and smelled clean. I was greeted upon entering. The young lady at the front offered to assist me with ordering.
It seems to be extremely kid friendly. There were many families seated. Tables were clean.
I didn’t stay as I wasn’t hungry enough for a buffet.
No outside seating and not dog friendly. Plenty of accessible seating inside.

Overall, not bad but figured you’d be open to some feedback. When I entered the building, there was no welcome and the lady up front seemed like she really would rather be elsewhere. An area of opportunity for sure is overall cleanliness, to most it may seem clean but there is opportunity. There were a lot of dirty tables, no ice and almost everyone behind the counter was wearing headphones (safety and health concerns). Food was hot and tasted good so it wasn’t all bad.

The staff is attentive and definitely deserves more praise for the time I arrived on November 3,2025 around 3:00 pm. Updated* November 13th around 2:05 a staff member wasn’t nice upon arrival which isn’t good since this is my second time at this Cici:s Pizza location. Theirs no reason for rudeness because you can’t handle pressure on the job. Customer have others choices than Cicis Pizza . I’ll to put this down to three stars.

Was surprised, food was quality. Family atmosphere with kids and larger groups there, salad bar was well stocked and pizzas kept coming out hot and often. Its not a quiet place, its a pizza buffet with a good price, drink not included.

I don’t know this man’s name but! He’s what I remember America being like! He loves his job and greets every single person with such kindness! It was my very first time eating pizza in a year since I got sick! And having his friendly voice and really loving his job and the people! The food was very good! It might not be much to a lot of people! But this man’s wonderful attitude made me relax and just enjoy being there! The other staff were fast and great! But he should be the face to Cicis! Honestly now a days! Honestly it’s more about people loving their jobs, doing their jobs, and treating people like they really do care! And for the price I wasn’t worried about if I could eat it or not! But because of him I enjoyed everything! Thank you Sir and I definitely will be back in every chance I can! Thank you for just being You ❤️

So the food was alright, and it was kept full, but I sat in Cici’s Pizza, (the goose creek one) for a good hour and the floors were never cleaned. Pizza crusts left on floors and tables. The drink station was soaked and messy and the manager on duty helped herself to food and sat and played with her phone. The employees were gossiping and laughing about clothes and cheerleading. But what bothered me the most is the manager acted like she was at home. Talking to customers about her issues and things in her life. Walked outside and didn’t really come back in until she was “needed”. I get it if they were busy, but they barely had customers and it was like a down time for them.. needless to say, I probably won’t go back.

Cashier was very sweet, had a rough day people getting upset with her about how the coupon worked, like she has control over how something works. She did great and explained to us how coupon worked and we were good.
