We were in the Spartanburg area for a Costco trip, and decided to check out some of the other stores around before heading there. This Cicis Pizza location was near one of the stores we were checking out, so we decided to stop in for lunch. We did the pizza buffet, which was priced pretty reasonably for a buffet (a little less than $10 per person). There were two small areas where you could grab some pizza from. A somewhat long line would form as people would get pizza. I tried the mac and cheese, the spinach alfredo, the buffalo chicken, the meat eater, and the pepperoni pizzas. I also tried a fudge brownie and a slice of the apple dessert pizza. They had shakers of parmesan cheese for people to use, which I thought was great. The pizza itself was good for what it was, but I definitely thought that some of them could use more flavor. For instance, the mac and cheese pizza was a lot more bland than I was expecting. The spinach alfredo was pretty good. The buffalo chicken pizza was delicious! The fudge brownie was not very good- it was super thin and it did not taste like a sweet chocolate brownie. The apple dessert pizza, however, was incredible. This was my first time at Cicis so I was not sure what to expect, but overall, we had a decent time.

Absolutely gone down hill. All these women running the place, who are not friendly and bot doing the Cicis way!!! The quality of the food is NOT the same and prices gone up. The pizza and desserts are so scarcely coated and the worse thing is …… its sooo skinny…..nothing like it was the past 15 years . And at 10 bucks a person you are better off spending your money else where instead of eating blank paper pizza. This place needs to be under review and re evaluation made ASAP.

January 18, 2022 * 1:02 p.m. – Late on my review & I apologize for that peeps. 6 of us went & were only inside the establishment for about 35-40 minutes. The salad, was the best part of the meal for me. I wasn’t too happy with the selection of pizzas. Seems they kept remaking the same ones, as far as toppings / different pizzas. The food was “alright”. There were 4 kids with us & only 2 or 3 of the games even worked… which was specifically why we had choosen CiCi’s. We had not been to this location in several years. Not sure when we will return & as far as giving a recommendation, I would suggest going elsewhere unless they seriously step up their pizza game & actually have games available to the children! It is a hard choice to give this place 2 stars.

It had been years since I had been to a Cici’s pizza. I was surprised by how fresh their salad bar is. They keep it well stocked and I don’t think you can find a cheaper better salad around. I always do enjoy the pizza as well. My favorites are the Barbecue, Spinach Alfredo and the Garlic cheese bread. The salad is what brings me back though.

It was mediocre could have been better was a bit disappointed. Place was a bit disarray and dirty could’ve used a bit more time to clean up dining area. Poor lady was trying to keep it clean the best she could it need to be two people cleaning up.

Wife and I have been coming here consistently for almost a month now. The pizza is always fresh and there are many different varieties constantly rotating in and out. I don’t know where any of the negative reviews have come from, but if they’re old and you’re one of them I recommend trying them again! Great stuff and a really good atmosphere with the 80s music playing

Gone are the days when they greet you when you come in with “Welcome to CiCi’s”. Not sure if they did away with that but crickets were chirping when I dined in. The girl at the register looked like she was training someone & neither one of them looked like they wanted to be there. I did not get any greeting at all, just a blank look on both of their faces. The food was good though and stocked pretty well and their salad bar looked real nice & fresh at least.

Well to start it’s the fall season turn off the A/C people are not wanting to freeze while trying to eat . Also buffalo chicken pizza is required to have buffalo sauce and the chicken you left off oof it. And it wasn’t even on the Bar b Que chicken pizza either . I got a salad and when I asked for cheese you would have thought it was a hard task from the look I got .it took 2 minutes to get cheese . And asked for the build your pizza was told it’s right behind you. Like I can see behind me . Then had to ask for a pen and got that same cheese look like I was bothering her. Sorry I came here and paid to get treated like I was a nuisance to you.i only left one star because Google won’t let me leave less. Attached are the pictures of the pizzas to prove to chicken .

Absolutely Fantastic spot. The crew works really well as a team and the pizza is always fresh. Great atmosphere also. TV and a pretty cool 80s rock station.
