This isn’t going to be cruise control for their carry out service, is it? I ordered a large pizza, got what looks like half a large and half a medium. Last year right around the holidays, I placed a large online order around $45 because both google and the cici’s app said this location was open. I arrived at the store when the app said the food was done and it was closed. I called 2 days later and even emailed corporate about the charge but it was never reversed and I was never reimbursed. I still buy from here because most of the time the order is correct and it’s affordable.

It’s a cheap pizza buffet, but it’s worth more than what you pay. The food is always fresh and replenished. The staff is super attentive and friendly. Decent salad bar and some other options like pasta, soup, and deserts. Plenty of space to bring a family or friend group. Weekends are pretty packed so I like to go for an early week day lunch or dinner. I loved this place as a kid 25 years ago, and it is even better than I remember. I recommend this place to all of my friends and family.

Looks like a small CiCi’s, but it’s actually very spacious inside. The servers were great and very helpful. The bang for your buck is tremendous.

Cicis pizza is the perhaps the best dinning experience I have ever had. You’d be hard pressed to find a 5 star tier dining experience while also having an affordable price tag. The food is delicious and tastes like it’s been made by angels. Not only that, but there is a rotating variety of different pizzas to choose from. It’s exquisite. Cicis pizza is a place of the people. It’s a model for how society should be and operate. There is plenty and we all take our turn in line taking what we need. All is welcome no matter who you are or what you’ve done. This is the peak of human society.

My boyfriend found a hair on his pizza during our visit today. We understand mistakes can happen, but it completely ruined our appetite and we left. We paid $26 for two people and expected basic cleanliness and food safety. This was a disappointing and disgusting experience.

Cici’s is a cafeteria style restaurant aimed at children. The pizza is adequate, but not as good as places like Marco’s or Dominoes. They don’t offer many sugar free drinks, and the ice tea is terrible. We had a nice time, and a decent meal, but we likely won’t return.

Been going to Cici’s for a long time. This location has great staff and it’s always good pizza. The salad is fresh, the chicken broth is good along with the noodles with sauce.
Dessert pizza is yummy. Overall great experience and grateful it’s the same as it always has been. We highly recommend.

I love Cici’s pizza and salad bar. As an older person I try to eat more salad than pizza however the young people I go with like more pizza than salad so everyone is happy. This Cici’s location has a new design and has an excellent staff of people including general managers that great customers and keep an eye on freshness, keeping pizza’s coming out and making sure salad bar is fresh and the place is clean. All of the staff are great. I normally eat here at least 1-2x per week. It would be nice to see sunflower seeds, chick peas or some protein source on the salad bar but aside from that I think they are doing a great job and providing a tremendous value for the cost. I recommend this place and think families and kids along with adults can all find something they enjoy here. Keep up the great work Cici’s!

Order Hawaiian pizza to go. The young lady that works at the front was very nice and professional. However when I got home and opened the box, the story was different. Please see pictures, i called and complained the young lady was again very nice but gave me two options. 1. Go back and get my money back or go back and have them remake yhe pizza. I live 4 miles away. After calling my credit card to stop the payment, they said that was going to take 5 days so I ended up calling back and yold them to make my pizza again. Please see the picture and judge yourself. Hawaiian pizza is made of Canadian bacon and pineapple. See if you can actually count more than 8pcs in the picture. Lol my last visit to this place.
