We love Cibellis! The pizza is very consistent and the price is right. I appreciate that recently they’ve been sending out coupons on the large, not just the giant. I’m not a fan of the giant as the crust is a bit too soft and the pieces are a bit unwieldy for children. The leftovers disappear fast!

Classic takeout pizza place that also does slice/lunch combos. Order ahead for takeout is best. Young people working were pleasant and fun. No frills atmosphere with pizza/soda. Likely the only place in town that doesn’t have a beer tap. I dare to say a Bend staple. No delivery/mobile ordering. Menu is on the website.

I was gaslighted by employee for what I ordered, and made to feel terrible about what I ordered. Never have I gone into a place to have an employee sarcastically repeat in a demeaning tone what I ordered. Worst customer service, and once a business I supported, going to move on. TERRIBLE.

To be clear: my order was repeated professionally by a gentleman who retrieved my order. It was not until he to one of the add ons, that another employee from across the room and shouted in a condescending and extremely judgmental tone. So much that everyone in the open seating area looked at me like “OMG”. Hence making me feel shame for my order because of the crass tone this lady reiterated a small detail. It was wildly inappropriate and took a professional interaction and made it judgmental and body shaming.

Not to mention the response of the company to minimize my experience, not take ownership, and trivialize the situation is not only wildly dehumanizing, it’s shameful behavior of a business owner.

I’ve never experienced this in my life and I’ve had it with bullies, and companies not taking responsibility for shameful behavior.

Good pizza and phenomenal crust. Their crust is both homemade and fresh. Their prices are a little high, but worth it. GF pizzas arenice, 10″, and the crust is decent.

Pizza is always delicious but occasionally I order an 18-in pizza and somehow come home with a 16-in. I’m not the type of person to wait around for my food to be remade when I’m hungry. Just wanted to leave a little feedback.

Five loud 19 -22 year old bros yelling in the kitchen, ignoring their one customer and ignoring the dirty floors and tables. Pizza was overpriced, soggy, and disappointing. Decor is late 90s 7/11 tables and chairs.
What a waste of $25.

Just called to order a few pizzas. One of them was an online order only special. So I informed the employee on the phone that I would order that one online, and the other 4 pizzas needed over the phone. The response was “Have fun with that” and a hang up. Solid crew y’all have working at this location.

Stopped for a slice of cheeses pizza on my way home and it’s not what it used to be. The crust was good but the slice seemed to lack flavor. Im not sure if it was the sauce or the cheese but it was a bit disappointing.

Probably the slowest pizza place I’ve ever seen. Called in an order and was told it would be 55 minutes, I assumed they were slammed busy. I arrived 55 minutes later they hadn’t even started it and the inside was dead two people waiting. Twenty minutes after I arrived they get the pizza out to me. They had three people working though it looked like only one was bothering to make pizza.
