My wife and I decided to try Ciao for dinner. Our server Mara was amazing and was very pleasant.
The only bad thing was the rubber like calamari. Which was taken off the bill. The roast, and chicken parm were outstanding entrees
The restaurant was fairly busy but there was not a long wait to get our food.
There are a couple other things we would like to try from the menu so we will be back.

Went here twice within a week span. The food is amazingly delicious and is beautifully and bountifully prepared. It is pleasing to your expectations of display upon the huge dish. The ambiance is the feeling of upper scale and the service the first night was no exception of excellent service.
I took one bite of my deliciously prepared salmon, and I was done for. Om goodness. So good.
The 2nd trip was extremely busy at the restaurant and cramped for space and style. The food was amazing the second round as well. As one can imagine, service was a bit choppy and wanting due to the crowd.
I still place it as an excellent place to dine.
Portions are big and easily in my book, to have a bit of leftovers. But my friends chowed down and ate well without leftovers. So it may just be me because I did enjoy the appetizers.

It’s the morning after our beautiful wedding rehearsal dinner at Ciao, and we could not be happier as we bask in the glow of it! Jennifer helped us book and plan our event from the start and has been an absolute gem! She made the process so easy and simple! When we arrived in the afternoon to decorate, we were enthusiastically greeted with the most delightful and helpful staff. We felt like we were at Disneyworld as everyone was so conscientious, friendly and encouraging! The tables and room were prepared and set with the utmost care, and they had everything sparkling and ready to go, three hours before our event started!
Jeremy, our lead server, was the epitome of class and efficiency, going above and beyond. He made us feel so at ease and well cared-for! Casey, with her genuine sweetness, and open and serving spirit, gave everyone the feeling of being right at home and super special. We were all so spoiled by the both of them as they took over the entire event, leaving us to relax and enjoy it all! A special mention to Easton during set-up as well ~ he is top-notch!
The dinner was absolutely spectacular and we had so many comments about how delicious the meal was! To sum it up, If the goal at Ciao is to make you feel like an honored and valued guest ~ Mission accomplished!

We have been going here for a few years and it is our favorite Italian spot – many dishes remind me of the food in Italy. We love the bruschetta. Bryce was our server tonight and was fabulous!

Had the opportunity to stop into Ciao Italian Bistro today for a photoshoot. Host Rylan, manager Jen and owner Steve were all fantastic for arranging this. The restaurant, right downtown, is definitely classy and a bit higher-end in terms of atmosphere and pricing but all the food looked amazing it was presented exquisitely.
All the dishes looked very good, whether it was simple bread, house salads, filet, Italian dishes, or desserts. They also have a bar side as well as quite a wine selection.
I had a chance to sample the filet as well as some bread and tasty shrimp and it was all cooked to perfection!
If you are around the downtown Fenton area, come in and give them a try!

A gem in Fenton with a fantastic experience and great food. Overall, the food was fairly good, can’t say it blew my socks off, but the service was exceptional and the atmosphere was wonderful. The calamari was great and extremely tender, chicken piccata was decent and Pasta Da Vinci was creamy and pasta was perfectly cooked. The soups that we got with our meals were mediocre at best and the creme brulee was just ok. We also chose to get espresso which was very bitter and barely anything there. Major kudos to quiet, clean, and upscale atmosphere.

Marc is awesome he was our waiter tonight. Our dinners were delicious and we were happy with our selection. The atmosphere is intimate and delightful especially with Christmas around the corner. Just a lovely restaurant and one of my favorites in Fenton

Absolutely amazing! If you love delicious food, come here! The filet mignon was phenomenal! It was the best one I’ve had in awhile and I’ve been to a lot of nice restaurants with $80 filets and it was half the price. The lamb shank with risotto was insanely amazing! I just had some of the leftovers and it’s only been 4 hours since dinner. I’m sure I will go back down at 4 am to eat the rest. I’ve had lamb many times. This was one of the best lamb ever. It was so rich and the risotto was so cheesy and delicious! If you’re hungry, come here! Portions are big and the food is delicious. Usually it’s one or the other. There hasn’t been anything on the menu I didn’t enjoy.

Love this place. I wish I could go more often. Never had a bad meal yet. Steak, sea food, or Italian. All of it’s great. Even the desert. The butternut Ravioli is amazing. The New York strip is Amazing. Staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is higher end and very cozy. Great place to bring family or for date night. Small outdoor seating and a 20 person bar area. Must visit if you’re in the area.
