I’d highly recommend this place after my visit. They did such a nice job with the decor and the atmosphere. Plenty of seating. Tiramisu latte was really good along with the parm grinder I had. Tons of pastries to choose from. What really stood out to me was how efficient and friendly the girls working were. I feel like it’s hard to come by friendly customer service nowadays, and these girls greeted everyone with a smile and a thank you. That really stuck with me. I’ll definitely be back!

I went today for the second time with a big group! I called in ahead of time and they were very accommodating and reserved a couple of tables. The lattes were absolutely delicious, all dessert options were fresh and super tasty, and their bagel sandwiches are the best!!!

Ciao is one of our favorite local spots when we’re craving a great latte, and this visit reminded us why. The service was truly exceptional. Jenna did an amazing job on my pistachio latte. It was perfectly crafted and absolutely delicious.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience feel warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in. It’s clear the staff really care about their customers.
The café itself is spotless, with a clean, aesthetic decor that creates a calm and inviting atmosphere. Ciao continues to impress, and we’ll definitely be back!

Great job on the vibe and feel of the establishment. Jenna did an amazing job, as the espresso was a perfect pull. The staff is very attentive and everything is over the top pristine. Have been multiple times and will be back very soon.

Great lattes and food! The space is large and set up really pretty! While we were waiting it the kitchen was starting to make pizzas so we were able to check those out before we left.. need to try that next. It was very busy we went, so we ended up getting our food about 10-15 minutes before our drinks were done.. hopefully they will be able to work out that kink so the drinks come out first. Other than that we had a great experience and the lattes were delicious. I got the Nutella covered strawberry iced latte which is in my photo.

Hands down the best Sicilian style pizza around. The pizza is the saucy, delicious, flavorful, light and crispy! My wife is from Long Island so finding a pizza that matches up was a tough feat and Ciao’s pizza is home run! My 10 month old daughter even loved it and kept wanting more.
The GIANT cookies are delicious and impress my boys every time they see them.

Everything about this place is top tier. The food is incredible it reminded me of a deli or cafe on Arthur Ave in the Bronx. The pizza dough and their grinder rolls are amazing. Also the place is decorated so beautifully. It’s a comfortable and welcoming vibe.

This place is so cute! The decor and setting is absolutely beautiful. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and really care about their customers enjoying their coffee and meals. Their menu is fantastic with lots of options. Overall was a wonderful experience. Can’t wait to go back and try their food.
