Fast food style, counter service Italian food in a nicer than fast food environment. Pasta dish was large enough to feed two people and was good but quite oily.

Pretty good food. I enjoyed the gluten free noodles were pretty fabulous, good texture, taste, and consistency. The $2.85 for the 4 or maybe 5 pieces of shrimp was a bit pricey for my tastes. But that aside, good food and good feel to the restaurant. I really love that the music was some of the classics and not our contemporary pop crap.

Ordered a buffalo chicken pizza for take out. Got it back to our hotel and we couldn’t eat more than half a piece due to the salt. The crust seemed OK, the toppings and sauce were nice and spicy, but the saltines was completely unbearable! I do not recommend this place at all. It was an $18 lesson for me.

Had the wrong food delivered. Was told to expect a call from the manager which never came. Tonight tried to order delivery – wasn’t possible – so I tried to order takeout. The girl on the phone told me that wouldn’t work either since the system had just crashed. She told me to call back later. I asked if she could just write it down that way they could get it started. She laughed. Needless to say we didn’t order. Not sure why it’s so hard to do business with them.

We get that they were busy from the kids carnival but they dropped our pizza and we asked how long it’s going to take because we had hungry kids the manager didn’t need to yell at my friend and cause a seen! Then she brings a new pizza to the table and say I hope your “fit ” was worth it! Mind you my friend through NO FIT WHAT SO EVER!!! she was just pissy cause it was caotic here! Not our fault!

I ordered an ice tea with my delivery, and the driver didn’t bring it. I told her it was ok (and I wasn’t upset), but she returned to the campus with an ice tea from the gas station down the road 5 mins later bc she wanted to make sure I got what I wanted. Now that’s the definition of customer service!

The food was good, to go service was terrible. Phone service was great but when you pick up your order they are too busy to care about you or make sure that you have everything. Manager was rude when a mistake was made to help resolve any issues and put the blame on the customer.

Great food and really friendly service. Offered to make an eggplant Parmesan sandwich when it wasn’t on the menu. Reasonable prices and good beer on tap.
