Chuy’s is my go to spot for Tex-Mex! It’s delicious! I’ve been here a few times. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable of the menu.
The pineapple jalapeño margarita is my go to! I have it every time I go. You can’t go wrong with their tres leches cake!! Soo good. I recommend having it there and not to go. It taste different for some odd reason. I’m sure it’s the amount of sweetness they put on there.
Enchiladas is the way to go! I really like their boom boom sauce. It has a good spicy kick to it!
Loaded queso dip is delicious! Ask for some tortillas, you won’t be disappointed.

Growing up in Texas it’s a pretty fair assessment to say that my family and I have been going to Chuy’s for as far back as I can remember. Over the years as their locations increased, we always try to make it to a new location when we can. We happened to be in the area and I had a craving for my favorite enchiladas. So we found out that a newish location had opened and we decided to make the drive over. My wife and I have always loved Chuy’s. I personally rank them at the top of the chain tex-mex restaurants. I usually try something new. But now, I had to get my favorite. And that’s the Chicka-Chicka Boom-Boom enchiladas. And boy did it not disappoint. It was better than I had ever had. I recommend those to anyone. Not to mention some of the best tasting and fresh tasting salsa. My wife and I also took our eight year old with us. Now he doesn’t like tex-mex so we stopped and got him something for the ride over. But he did want guacamole. So we got a large order for all of us to share. I have never had a bad experience with the food at Chuy’s. Except this time. The guac was (IMO) not good at all. We just asked if they would not put any lettuce in it. When it arrived at the table, we realized that not only did they leave out the lettuce, but the garlic, onion, and jalapeno. It literally tasted like avocado and tomato. Zero flavor. I didn’t say anything because my son loved it. But I now know something that I will not be ordering again. The waiter, Daniel, was so great and accommodating. Just superb service. SO (except for the gauc) excellent food and wonderful service. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend Chuy’s to anyone. And I usually do.

I noticed that there were waitress and waiters standing in the back next to the kitchen. I saw a lady walking towards me after ten minutes after I was seated. She visited the booths next to me about six times. She came to my booth only four times. To take my order, to bring my fountain drink and refill then to bring the check. She was standing and said “You don’t want any dessert,do you.” Every time I visited in the past I always order the tres leches cake, not today. My soft tacos, tortillas were hard and hardly any chicken in them. My experience today was way below than my visits in the past. The manager brought my order to my table. What’s weird is that the restaurant wasn’t busy. I’ll come back not any time soon.

Our waitress KD was soooo personable and attentive! The food portions are insanely large and so is the flavor!
Great creative names for the sauces and they are all amazing cost me about 65 bucks for lunch but that’s including a 20.00 tip.

We visited Chuy’s on Greenville Ave and ordered the beef fajitas for two, adding shrimp for an extra $4. Before ordering, we asked our waitress, Gabriella, if the portion would be enough for us and our toddler. She answered very firmly, “It’s a lot,” so we trusted that recommendation.

When the food arrived, the fajitas came in the same size plate as a single order, and the shrimp were very small. The beef was overcooked, with a texture that felt reheated rather than freshly made, especially since the order came out surprisingly fast. The rice and beans also didn’t taste fresh, and overall there was no flavor in the beef, shrimp, rice, or beans.

For the price, we expect fresh and well-seasoned food, but unfortunately this visit was disappointing. Hoping management takes this feedback seriously because the service was fine, but the food quality really missed the mark.

I recently visited Chuy’s with a group of eight people, and overall it was a really great experience. Only two of us actually arrived on time, while the rest of our group was running late, which can sometimes be frustrating for a restaurant. However, our waitress handled the situation incredibly well. From the moment we were seated, she was very welcoming, friendly, and patient with us.
Even though our full group hadn’t arrived yet, she never made us feel rushed or uncomfortable. She checked in on us regularly, made sure we had drinks, and kept a positive attitude the whole time. Once the rest of our group showed up, she smoothly transitioned into taking everyone’s orders and managing a fairly large table without missing a beat.
Service like that really makes a difference when you’re dining with a big group. She was attentive, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the entire visit. It’s not always easy to deal with a table where people arrive at different times, but she handled it perfectly.
The food was great as always, and the atmosphere was lively and fun. Overall, it was a really enjoyable visit, and the excellent service definitely stood out. We’ll definitely be coming back again.

Our waitress Brandi was nice, the atmosphere was what great loved the decor….But the food it was kinda bland the boom boom sauce kept it alive. Also my fried chicken was burned , once I tasted that the every bite after tasted that way. This was my first time here. The cook should be paid more they could at least put more love into the food or them some help back there so the dishes are better.
