This is one of our go to places for the atmosphere, value and flavor!! They’re also very accommodating of food allergies, which is so helpful!! I just ordered DoorDash and called the store to confirm my allergies and they were so sweet about it and went back to the kitchen to inform them. When the order came, there was an allergy note on the ticket, which gave me a lot of peace of mind!! So nice to experience such wonderful customer service!

Husband and I just had lunch and it was a great experience. Loved our waiter Hector C he was very helpful explaining the menu, was prompt with his service, very pleasant personality and a sweet little grin too. We will definitely be back!

❤️❤️Updated review please read. With more photos and even a video added. Absolute Best Mexican food we’ve had in the last 3 states.. My husband’s a traveling nurse, and we’re from texas. We have been everywhere from Texas to colorado New Mexico, South Dakota, Oklahoma, and even Alaska. This is absolutely the best food we’ve had in a long time, hands down.
Their salsa’s fantastic they’re Jalapeno Ranch sauce is to die for. Chips are always hot and fresh.. Tea is always phenomenal. My husband always gets the fajitas. The meat is so tender, and the taste is delicious. The vegetables are as good as the meat are usually. I get the Elvis platter, and it comes with so many different things. It’s enough to feed 2 to 3 people. Their rice and beans are so fantastic. And as waitresses go, Kelly is amazing, fantastic, energetic, like she is gold. So we have now been here multiple times. This is my update. Cause it wasn’t. Let me add another review. Absolutely love this place can’t brag about it Enough

Just average everyday food. The apps were a little over cooked. The water glasses were not filled. Service was scarce at best. Margaritas were good. Doubt we will go back.

Our waitress (Joann or Janet, I forget now several days later but it began with a J) was delightful. She was very attentive and friendly. As always the food was delicious.

Edited 1/5/26: They reached out based on this review and refunded me for my missing entree and drinks. Sentiment remains unchanged but it is only fair to give them credit for doing their best to make it right after the fact.
Original Review: Placed to-go order on website. No pickup parking spots available. Parked in a normal spot. Went in to get my own order, unable to speak to an employee because they were busy. To-go spot opened up so hurried up and moved car and checked in for pick up.
Waited another 5-10 minutes. Order was brought out. Took it home to find we were missing two drinks and an entree. (Large order for 9 people – unable to review it in my car but that is not my job, really).
Called the store to report the missing entree to get a refund. Manager Steve told me refunds have to go through Michigan or something now and he would rather give me a coupon for my next visit which is unacceptable after I drove 30 minutes round trip and they messed up my order. My mindset was “just give me my money and let’s move on as I have no inclination to do more business with Chuys in the near future to cash in my coupon.” He tried to transfer me to another phone (so he said) and I was hung up on (likely accidentally) after another 5-10 minute wait. My patience expired and I wanted to get back to spending time with my guests so I did not call back. The restaurant did not attempt to call me back.
TLDR: Missing entree. Never got my refund. The 8 people that got their food were happy with it. I did not enjoy having to tell one of my guests they would not get their order as I felt the blame fell on me as the orderor/pick-up driver.

We visited this place for the 1st time yesterday, June 4, 2022. Nice & spacious place. Clean & our Server was quick with taking our order. My daughter got the crispy tacos with a lemonadeto drink & I got the 1/2 portion of the Tex-Mex Cobb Salad & a small frozen alcohol drink. The name escapes me but trust me it was delicious! We would go there again!

Decided to head to Austin Landing for lunch and landed at Chuy’s. Our server delivered the chips, salsa, and creamy jalapeño dip. All three were delicious but the creamy jalapeño dip was exceptional. I ordered the beef enchiladas and my husband the chicken tortilla soup. Both were absolutely delicious. My husband said the only thing he would do is omit the cheese as he is not big on cheese to begin with. I wouldn’t change a thing with my dish. My only complaint was that our server took a bit longer than usual to clear our table and bring our check. I do not blame him though as it seemed they were short staffed. We will definitely return.
