We expected so much more based on the reviews. The food was boring, and the restaurant was stifling hot! The drinks were strong, which is good. It appeared to only have one waitress working the inside area. We waited long, but she was great considering all of the tables she had. I expected more seafood items on the menu for a restaurant by the beach.

I was in town on vacay and a friend of mine recommended this place! The beer battered fries, clam chowder, key lime pie and mojitos were to die for, I will never stop craving them. What really stood out was the customer service, there was a slight mix up with my parties order but Cody, the manager came to our aid. He was very helpful and solved our problem quickly and efficiently. He also made it a point to continuously check in with us! I would highly recommend this restaurant!

Great spot! Our waitress Ruby was excellent and very attentive! The seafood here is very fresh and tasty! Highly recommend the grouper, crab cakes, and the captains platter. We all ate everything on our plates! Love their Dark and Stormy cocktail, best one I’ve had in a long time! Captain Eddie’s is great, check it out!

Had a great meal. Found this place by accidental drive by.. The atmosphere was comfy and maritime based. Server was attentive and nice. Reasonably priced versus the overpriced siesta keys’ restaurants. Serving was adequate. The blackened mahi was terrific. The captain’s combo was lightly breaded and tasty. Though, oysters were few.

Our first visit. Snappy service by our server, Julie. Great food. Our first taste of grilled Grouper Cheeks, excellent. I really like the homemade shrimp and tartar sauces right on the table in squeeze bottles. We shall be back again. All good.

Arrived shortly after 8 pm and sat at the inside bar since the outside bar was closed. Bar tender was more interested in preparing to close than waiting on customers. They close at 9 pm. Their AC is not working either. I left after I was sure she saw me. But I must say, the beer drip pan is very clean.

The food was amazing! We had grouper cheeks (blackened), hogfish (blackened), shrimp and scallops (grilled), mussels, lobster bisque, and clam chowder at our table. Everyone shared bites and it was all absolutely delicious! My 10 yo scarfed down two pounds of mussels they were so good! I only wish we would’ve saved room for the key lime pie because it sounded so yummy. The price is great, especially for seafood and the amount of food. Everyone agreed this was our favorite meal in the area!

We were a party of 10 and they accommodated us no problem. Everyone complimented on their food except the lobster bisque. And maybe because we’re from New England it just wasn’t up to one of our parties liking. Fast courteous wait staff from the minute we sat down to the minute we left very attentive.
