So far in having a hard time finding any place out here in this area that I don’t like. But these guys are close, have a great variety on the menu and the guys name that’s on the front is the same guy in the kitchen, and that means a lot to me. Working my way through the menu, alienating between Mexican and Italian as I go. Yes it’s a Mexican/Italian restaurant! It’s one of my happy places. So far it’s been open seating, unless you’ve got a bigger group, then they’ll slide some table together for ya. Do yourself a favor, if you’re passing through stop by and grab some food… if you live in the area, do the same and support your neighbors.

Chuvy’s is adjacent to a convenient store and its a small building with not great air-conditioning, but that’s where the downsides end. The service is great, the family that operates this restaurant, and cooks the food, serves, and cleans are really nice and humble people. Their food is ridiculously delicious and the prices are very good. They make One of the best burgers around. The meat is seasoned well and is savory and delicious and they don’t skimp on the toppings and the fries are delicious. Their homemade chips and tortillas are superb and this restaurant is officially a Mexican and Italian restaurant, but they have a little bit of everything. Their guacamole is something special and i can’t say enough good things about this place. My wife and her parents come here all the time. God bless this family and their restaurant!

Looked up restaurants on google in Mineral Wells and decided to try due to diverse menu to accommodate all my teens. OMG, had the chicken in Chipotle sauce with shrimp, rice and vegetables, soooo good. Everything was good. Chicken breasy cut in half long way and tenderize perfect, vegetables cut and seasoned perfectly. Everyone loved their food. Pam the server was the perfect add on to the special meal. Great personality and service. We will definitely stopping through for this meal again.
